@1900 I drank SENKYO which returned to Edo. Newly improved Sentori. Low alcohol and fruity. Sourness, a characteristic of Sengkyo, is not so much. It has a sweet, sharp, and acidic taste in that order. I guess in that order. I don't like to say it. I like this one better than the old one! I like it better than before!

@1980 Tenbi's standard sake Junmai Ginjo-shu Hakuten All Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 60%, 15%. When opened, it has a nice gassy feeling. Slightly fruity aroma. @1750? Katsuma after a long time! This time it's a special Honjozo, honjikomi! Almost no aroma. Rice polishing ratio is 55%, so it's very refreshing. Easy to drink! But to be honest, it has a bit of an "arosoe" taste. It's a sake that is typical of old Japanese sake. If I had to say it's alkaloids, I'd say Rakujutsu is better... I'm going for it, asshole!

@1950 Autumn is a red dragonfly Almost no aroma Sourness followed by umami. I haven't checked it out as a domaine yet. Sourness comes from quick brewing of Senkyoku. Easy to drink and delicious. Icchauzo Bakayaro
