@1900 I drank SENKYO which returned to Edo. Newly improved Sentori. Low alcohol and fruity. Sourness, a characteristic of Sengkyo, is not so much. @1980 Tenbi's standard sake Junmai Ginjo-shu Hakuten All Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 60%, 15%. When opened, it has a nice gassy feeling. Slightly fruity aroma. It has a gaseous and gassy feeling, and it feels smooth and smooth. You can drink it in small gulps. After 3 days, it has a mild taste. Delicious... I'm a sucker for a good wine!
