Original from Meishu no Yutaka, a sake store
According to the store
This is Yutaka's original Junmai Daiginjo specially tailored by Daishinshu. It is made from contract-grown Kinmon-Nishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing, and has a sharp gin aroma that lingers in the finish. It is characterized by a round, full flavor that makes you want to smile.
The aroma is fruity.
A sip is sweet, but not that sweet...
but not that sweet.
