❄︎Fuuka❄︎ That's a cool label design ✨. I see it was written by the staff at the brewery~! I heard it's an active nigori, Unfortunately, I wasn't too impressed with the activation😅. While the supernatant has a light sweetness, The bitter and astringent taste is a nice accent when you mix in the oli ✨. A great product that I can drink in gulps 😋.

Visit the brewery✨ It's a No. 6 strain, albeit Hiroshima No. 6 yeast, It was delicious and similar in taste to the Shinmasa we just had 😋. You can sample the sake at the brewery for a fee. But it is difficult to get there without 🚗, It is recommended to get an assy 🤣.

X-type🍾 White wine as always ✨! It goes well with pork hot pot 😋. The label sticker was partially attached. The bottle itself seems to be from last season. Maybe there were some extra bottles left over😅. I went to Mt. Ontake for ⛷️. It had been a year since I had been there, but I was able to ski alright🤣. Ontake is like eruption alert level 2 near the crater, Smoke was popping up from time to time😅.

50th anniversary㊗️ It claims to be a junmai sake from Kojo-nishiki, I'm pretty sure junmai kosho nishiki is the same 50% polished rice 🌾. I guess the only difference is if it's Yamahai or not 🤔. I checked the past reviews of Kojonishiki Jungin. It says it's a little bit dark sweet and sour 🍎. I thought the exact same thing this time 🤣. But this time, since it's Yamahai, I tried heating it up ✨. You can really feel the fullness of the rice, It was very, very delicious 😋.

Dance of the Rim This is the first time we have seen this sake rice. This sake used to be made with Gohyakumangoku rice. but changed to En no Mai this year. ☀️ I wondered if the taste was similar to that of Gohyakumangoku. But it's not. It is moist and sweet. I thought it would go well with sashimi, I can't deny that I was slightly betrayed😅. I left it for a day and the sharpness increased ✨. I enjoyed it somehow. I guess it's all a coincidence 🤣.

New Year's Party ④ New Sentori 🕊️ I have another bottle mixed in... It's hard to get all of them and to drink them all😅. Retro has a sourness that is emphasized, Kame-no-o Classic is the best tasting one, That's all I remember😅. After this, all three participants fell asleep, When I came to, it was 2 am. When I went to the bathroom, I found socks and sweatshirts scattered in the hallway... Apparently, the landlord couldn't stand the feeling of being sick, It seems that the homeowner was feeling sick and a disaster had occurred along the way 🤣. Then, the landlord said "It's cold x2", And the homeowner was sleeping on the bed with his upper body naked for some reason 🤣. Later, I found out that the three of us had 7 bottles of four-packs of wine, I found out later that the three of us had opened 7 bottles of 4 gou 🤣🤣🤣. Everyone, drink in moderation... 😋😋.

New Year's Party (2) Happy just to be able to drink Jikin no Nigori 😆. Moist & refreshing ✨ In addition, Senbon-Nishiki and Yumachi were each fired. The Omachi has a stronger sweetness and the Senbon Nishiki is more refreshing ✨. I think the Senbon-Nishiki is the most suitable as a food sake among the 3 types ✨.

Standard sake 🍶. This sake was purchased at Yamada Sake Shop in Saga. I bought only tasake and was asked to buy a local sake from Saga. I was asked to buy only tasake, so I bought one that can also be warmed up ✨. Enjoy the rice flavor at room temperature or warmed to human skin 😋. Saga sake other than Nabesama is also good ✨.

Freshly squeezed It's sweet and tasty, with an emphasis on sweetness. Maybe it's because it's freshly squeezed 🤔. Personally, I think I like Kawanakajima better than Genmai which is full of sweetness and umami, I personally prefer Kawanakajima which has a refreshing taste than Genmai which is full of sweetness and flavor.
