Summer Clouds☁️ I like it when you don't over-polish things. I thought it was 60%, but I still had a stupid tongue 🤣. I'm not sure if it's a good thing that it's not too polished, but it's still a delicious summer sake. It's easy to drink even when the temperature rises and the sharpness remains 😋. Aromatic and full of flavor is the best way to describe it ✨.

Sasa Sigure🌾. Sasanishiki's father. So does that mean it's edible rice? Never heard of it, and I haven't heard of Sasanishiki lately😅. I may have a lot of preconceived notions though, It tastes somewhat like rice. It's just that I can drink it in this hot season 😋. It doesn't feel like it's too much like 16 degrees 🤣.

Sandesi🍶 I'm not really impressed with the size of this one. And the label says "handmade"... I feel like they are very particular about it 😝. It's a very tangy, crispy, and hardcore taste. I decided to go for the Sandesi after taking various things into consideration, I regret that I should have bought a four-pack bottle. My child said, "That's unusual! The bottle is so small! 🤣. The third picture is Kumamoto Castle which was damaged in the Kumamoto earthquake. Still under restoration. This is the first time I've seen the inside of a stone wall 👀. The fourth picture is on the way to Mt. I couldn't see anything because of the thick fog or clouds 🤣.

A classic summer drink 🍶. It seems they used to make Miyamanishiki as well, But for the last few years it's been Yamae Nishiki 🌾. I wonder if the Yamanishiki is ideal for this 🤔. It still has the same sweet taste. Fizzy and perfect for hot weather 🫧. The sweetness will sag as the temperature rises, Add ice to keep it tasty 🧊sustainable🤣.

Participation in Kumamoto Kai 🍻. Pick up this one brought by Mr. Chidorisashi 🍶. The brand name is from the brewery in Yokoyama, Iki. Very grateful to TOMO and Chidorisoku-san. Thank you very much😊. I was going to go see the one piece statue, But the picture of Mr. Chidorisoku was too good, I was satisfied with this one 🤣.

Participation in Fukuoka Kai 🍻. On behalf of everyone, I'd like to give you a bottle of Mari Label Shinshu Kamerei Mari Label Shinshu Kamerei, which is rarely drunk 😋. I drank a lot of other sake that I brought with me (I'm borrowing from my subordinate 🐤) and We drank a lot of sake from the store 😋. Rika-san, my subordinate 🐤-san and Gura-chan, Thank you very much, Eezy-san! The fourth one is Bikkuritei 🍴 recommended by MAJ. MAJ strongly recommended it to me, If you are ever in Fukuoka, you must try it ✨. You will be very full 😋.

White thread 55🪡. I'm going to Fukuoka for a visit, so I'm prepping for Fukuoka sake 🤣. I've never had Shiraito before, but I've had Tanaka Rokugo from the same brewery in 2022. I drank it in 2022 and here are my impressions from that time: ⤵︎ Gentle on the palate. It tastes full of sweetness and umami. Rice? It has a soft aroma. Delicious! I thought the same thing about Shiraito this time 😋.

Kyoto Dry ✨ A limited edition from Meishukan Takimoto 🍾. The brewer is Kuranosuke Sasaki's family. Flavor and taste like Gekkeikan or Kizakura. I wonder what it is. It has the taste of a long-established company, It's like Kyoto, but with Kyoto-like taste.

Growing up in the snow: ❄️ Aged for 3 months in a snow room with an average temperature of 0°C and 90% humidity⛄️ It is said to have the effect of further deepening the flavor. It is true that the flavor is more delicious than the usual "Daisetsuken".... I don't know 🤣. All I can say is that it is delicious 😋.

Sandesi🍶 I bought this on the way back from Matsumoto. I chose Sandesi because of my health, my wallet, and I chose Sandesi. Yeah, I'm an adult 🤣. Most of the Hokian Daigoku are sweeter, like -10 on the alcohol scale, but this one has a more impressive aftertaste of bitterness and sourness than sweetness. It has a different taste. On this day, I was on vacation and had a party by myself from noon 🍻. I drank all of them........ Where are the choices for adults 🤣.
