assemblage Rigel purchased the wine during his visit to the brewery 🍶 and we got to drink it 😋. and we were allowed to drink it 😋. All I could come out with was "it's the usual sambudo" 😅. On this day, Rigel, Sawaya, Kaki-numa, Sake Base, Imaiya, and Kaki-numa, Sake Base, and Imadeya, We went to the rumored 7-Eleven @ Tsudanuma for a liquor store tour 🚙. The third picture is a 5 shaku sake cup sold on 7/11. It's too thin and I'm going to break it in a toast 🤣. The 4th picture is Rigel's favorite restaurant 🍻. The Takezuru was very rich 😋.

Islam After the training, it's time for a drink 🍻. So we went to MAJ's party hosted by Nocchi-san, I don't have any pictures 😅. The only photo I have of the restaurant is of the empty boxes.... Of course I didn't drink 🤣. The second time was a gift from Nochi-san ✨. We four ojisan (old men) emptied it with karaoke. After all-you-can-drink sake, we drank even more sake, Maybe we are ataoka after all 😆. Thanks to all three of you who came out with us!

@Ikebukuro My manager asked me if I'd like to participate in a training program. You can go to Tokyo. I was sweet-talked into participating in the Tokyo training program. But since I'm from the country, I had to move the day before to stay the night before 🚅. Then, Mr. Nochi invited me to his favorite restaurant and said, "lend me your tool. I was invited to his favorite restaurant 🤣. We ordered mainly brands we had never had before, But if it's there, let's drink it. Oh, that. It's the one from last November. Surprisingly, it hasn't been drunk yet. It was delicious though. Thank you, Nochi ✨.

Cherry Blossom🌸 The one I got at the flower corridor at the brewery. It's quite shuwashuwa🫧. It has more 🫧 than Sakurabana before Sundo appeared: ⤴︎ I mean, I don't really understand the difference between this and sambudo😅.

Haenuki🌾. First time getting the Koigawa I've been curious about✨. Light means it's probably a summer sake 🤔. Overall, it has a mild taste. But as the temperature goes up, it gets more punchy, I think it's good cold 😋.

Phantom Dance New ✨ One day at the liquor store there is an unfamiliar Genmai 👀. Oops, it's Yamae Nishiki 🌾 new release. Genmai x Yamane Nishiki = sweet and tasty! The formula is now established. However.... It's not sweet. It is not like Genmai. It was an unexpected turn of events... According to the owner The owner said, "It's a summer sake, but I really want to let it sit for a while. It's true that it's not so good when it's cooled down, It is true that the lactic acidity of the sake is not so good when it is chilled, But as the temperature rises, the lactic acidity disappears and the sake becomes easier to drink. It's a gem that still has a lot of room to grow ✨.

Annex 🍶 A junior colleague of mine went to buy Senkou and Houou Mita Aikoku I went to Imaya and tasted these. He said it was too good and brought these back 🤣. And he decided to have them with us 😋. Act IV / Tranquil Future is indeed delicious 😋. Great flavor profile and good balance of umami and acidity ✨. On the other hand, Act III/Sparkling Seeds seems thin. That's how good I feel the serene future is 🤣.

BLACK HIROKI✨ Tobiroki is not so easy to find in Tokai. I'll have to get it when I can ✨. It's still a versatile all-around food sake 😋. I was just thinking that, but then I came across a bottle of Tokujun yesterday 🤣. Timing is a bitch 🤣.

Summer Clouds☁️ I like it when you don't over-polish things. I thought it was 60%, but I still had a stupid tongue 🤣. I'm not sure if it's a good thing that it's not too polished, but it's still a delicious summer sake. It's easy to drink even when the temperature rises and the sharpness remains 😋. Aromatic and full of flavor is the best way to describe it ✨.

Sasa Sigure🌾. Sasanishiki's father. So does that mean it's edible rice? Never heard of it, and I haven't heard of Sasanishiki lately😅. I may have a lot of preconceived notions though, It tastes somewhat like rice. It's just that I can drink it in this hot season 😋. It doesn't feel like it's too much like 16 degrees 🤣.

Sandesi🍶 I'm not really impressed with the size of this one. And the label says "handmade"... I feel like they are very particular about it 😝. It's a very tangy, crispy, and hardcore taste. I decided to go for the Sandesi after taking various things into consideration, I regret that I should have bought a four-pack bottle. My child said, "That's unusual! The bottle is so small! 🤣. The third picture is Kumamoto Castle which was damaged in the Kumamoto earthquake. Still under restoration. This is the first time I've seen the inside of a stone wall 👀. The fourth picture is on the way to Mt. I couldn't see anything because of the thick fog or clouds 🤣.
