I got this Akita Sake Komachi at the end of November.
It was just when the new sake was released,
I had my hands full with that 😅.
But I'm not put off by that ✨.
It has a light mouthfeel, but I like the bitter acidity I can feel in the back of my throat,
It's light on the palate, but the bitter acidity you feel in the back of your throat is a nice touch.
