Limited to Fukui Prefecture✨ Made with Gohyakumangoku produced in Adoso Jitoho, Ono City Made with Gohyakumangoku produced in I bought it on the way back from going swimming in Fukui. Compared to Momiji and Akita Komachi I can feel the acidity that is typical of Yamahai, but the acidity is more subdued than the typical Yamahai 🤔. It is easy to drink when it is cooled down.
