It was very sweet and easy to drink, due in part to the fact that the sake has a sake strength of -15. However, even though it was sweet, it was not too sweet, and was very good.
I got the impression that it was light, refreshing, and easy to drink. The brewery's website described it as having a "sweet and refreshing fruit aroma with a sourness reminiscent of strawberries and cherries," but (just personally) I don't think such an aroma was strong.
It was juicy and fruity, reminiscent of ramune. In terms of image, I think it is similar to Bunkajin's summer ginjo.
(I couldn't take a picture of the sake bottle because it was collected 😭)
It seemed to be as refreshing and easy to drink as the Sentori we drank at the same restaurant.
(Perhaps it was because I was drunk, but I could not tell the difference clearly.)
