@Home Drinking Tenmei Summer Version But the label is so colorful 🎆, is Akebono trying to make it look good? 🤣 It is a summer sake with 11.5 degrees alcohol by volume and is very light 😋. The sweetness is refreshing and the bitterness and acidity are rather strong 🙄. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and is certainly perfect for summer. Oh, is that right with the product name "Sarasara"?

@Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture The 4th cup of Mie all over Made by, ISE-SHIMA Concept Looks like a collaboration with a sake store! Low alcohol content and very easy to drink 😋. This is delicious 😆, I had to have another one. But I have to go back to Tokyo after this 🚄💨 so I'll stop with repeat 1 😭.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for everything 😆. When I first started, I was a stranger to the 300 posts of others, but then I realized how far I've come 🤣. I can't write a review like J&N's, but please keep up the good work 🙇.

@Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture The third cup of Mie is "Tamitsu". It's very fresh as it's unfiltered Nakadori draft! I thought there was a bit of bitterness 🤔 at first, but on the contrary, it brought out a nice sweetness, and finally the acidity brought it all together. It's a taste that you won't get tired of drinking and of course it's delicious.

@Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture 2nd cup of Mie all over Created by, Kanade no Tomo ...This is another series I haven't had. It has a pleasant fruity & refreshing taste that is typical of Saku! I couldn't clearly analyze the difference from other series🤣, but it's still delicious~ 👍️

@Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture Today I went to Kuwana, Mie on a business trip. First up was the local sake "Kuhana" that was recommended to me at the restaurant! Of course, it was my first time to try this sake, but its fruity aroma and mouthfeel are similar to other Mie sake I've had so far. It made me realize how high the level of sake is in Mie as a whole!

Good evening, N.E. I see that you came to Kuwana City. Goto Shuzo is a brewery in Kuwana City, and I had a sashi before, which was a little more light, dry, and refreshing. Please try it next time you visit!

Hi Ace, good evening! There was also "Dashing", and a lot of other triple brands I didn't know about 👀. I don't know which one to drink 🤔... I ended up with a major one that I haven't had yet (^^;) Next time I'll enjoy a lot of things. 👍️

@Koriyama Iando Next is a bottle that was in the cellar and the label was one color (nothing written?) from a distance. I was curious about this one! I asked what it was, and it turned out to be a summer sake from Toyokuni. But I couldn't see the label clearly, so I searched and found a surprise 😲(I tried the second one 🤣). Now for the taste... The young staff at the store poured out only the top clear liquid without noticing the "oriki", so I decided to take that part of it without hesitation. I guess the moderate sweetness, juiciness, and lightness of the sake is exactly what summer sake is supposed to be like⁉. I would like to drink it again with ori too next time.

It's nice to meet you, Tsubu-chan (please excuse my leaving out Ms. Tsubu-chan). I would like to drink the top and go full next time, but I'm tired of walking outside, which I'm not used to, and I'm reluctant to stop (^^;). I am very grateful for the inspiration of all 300 Tochigi Ai🥰ers 🤣.

Good evening Masaaki and thank you for your ministry 😆. I regret that I didn't drink another cup of Toyokuni with cucumber on the spot 😭. So I will buy it this weekend, I found a store that has it now but I hope they have it until then 🙏.

Thank you, Pon-chan 😆. I noticed the 300ci after you mentioned it to me, Tsubu-chan (^^;) Unfortunately, I haven't been able to see the sake again yet 😭. I was told that this label is actually a trick to see the beauty from the back when you drink up 🤭.

@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

. It is very light and dry, with a boost from the acidity. Even though it is dry, the stimulation is mild, so you can enjoy the umami slowly. It's been a while since I've had a Mimuro Cedar, and I enjoyed it very much!

. After praying at the Omiya Hikawa Shrine ⛩️, I immediately went to drink a cup of sake for myself (although there is no God in it at all lol;) I guess this is the place to go for my main purpose 🤣. First up was Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki! It has both a pretty solid umami and a sharp taste 😋. It has a sweetness, but it's easy to drink and seems like it would be good with a meal. 👍️

. The slightly sweet taste from the subtle ginjo aroma is my favorite type. The connection from the mid-palate, where you can feel the firm umami, to the sharpness of the acidity is one word for a good adjustment 👏.

. This Tsukihaku tastes light and dry with no sweetness. The bitterness on the first sip was probably due to the fact that the bottle had just been opened and the corners of the bottle were still standing 🤔. It was perfect for a meal as the acidity makes it finish quickly.

. The sweet aroma and gentle sweetness on the palate will make you feel at ease. The acidity is also gentle and does not sting, but it finishes with a strong presence. The whole wine is so well put together that you finish it in one gulp before you even have time to soak in the aftertaste, and before you know it, it's all gone 🤣.

. I think it's a little on the sweet side for a Tobiroki, but it has a nice, clean, mild sweetness 😋. It's understated yet juicy and has a nice aroma 👍️ I think this might be the best match among all the Tobiroki I've had so far😍.

. First time to drink 😁. I imagined it to be a very sweet type after reading your post, but this premium was not that sweet and very easy to drink for the first time! I guess the balanced acidity does a good job 🤔. I didn't picture 🍍 but I could see why it was so juicy and popular 😉. P.S. I drank it again later and it was definitely 🍍🙇.

. On this day, we selected fruity drinks. First, we had our first experience with "Sei". It has just the right amount of sweetness, so it's not cloying at all! The fruity taste is of course very pleasant, but it is also very fresh and slightly carbonated. Very tasty 😋!

. The bottle looks cool and summery 🐋. The inside is light and dry, but at the beginning, you can feel the firmness of the wine, but the acidity drowns it out at once and gives it a clean aftertaste. It always has a refreshing feeling even as you drink it, and you can tell it's made for summer 😋.

. At 80% milling ratio, you would expect the rice flavor to be pushed to the forefront, but it is well balanced by the acidity and gassiness that are its specialty! It is a great achievement to be able to taste the freshness and aroma of 80% polished rice!
