4th kind It has a soft sweetness, but it's pretty dry 😋. It is said to be active nigori, but I don't think the gasiness is that strong (maybe it was a little too long 🤔). It's also very good nigori sake that can be drunk easily (^^)d

It's been a while since I've had sake 🙌! So I had to inject some energy into my parched body and went for 12 different kinds that day 🤣! As it was the Nanbu Bijin Fair, we ordered 3 sake tasting sets first! (1) Special junmai zodiac sign label 2) Junmai Ginjo-shu Junmai Ginjo-shu (3) Junmai Shiboritate Nama-zake (1) Zodiac sign label that doesn't look like a snake Slightly dry and easy to drink 😋. (2) This one has a bit of sweetness, but it's basically refreshing ✨. This one has a bit of sweetness, but it's basically refreshing ✨. All 3 are pretty similar 🤔. ...and so, first, a light taste test 🫡....

@Home Drinking Happy New Year to all Sakewa users❗ I hope you can feel free to get involved with me again this year 🙇. For my first bottle of the new year, I too decided to make a zodiac sign label 😉. The endorsement says that Imanishi Shuzo brews sake in the lap of Ogami Shrine, where they believe in a white snake as an incarnation of God... so it was brewed only for the year of the snake 🤔. The taste has a slight gassy feeling and a light sweetness that spreads pleasantly in the mouth ❗ The balance of acidity is also exquisite ❗👍️ This deliciousness was a winner 🎯, so it looks like it will be a good year. PS. Mr. Muro! I too was not a Fukushima sake at the first shot, so I was like "why not Fukushima sake? I couldn't go into it 💢🤣.

Hello Mr. Kotaro, I look forward to working with you again this year 😆. I see you chose this one for your first bottle in the New Year⁉ It seems to be a good omen in the year of Snake, because of the connection with the incarnation of God, a white snake, and if it was even better, there was nothing else to say. 👍️

@Home Drinking A series of gifts (3) Only 1️⃣night left until the New Year! I'm doing this from noon because I have some business to attend to at night 🤭. It's New Year's Eve 😅 I was going to stock up on Jyushiro for the 400th Kiri number, but I got this one so it saved me a lot of time and money 😆. And yet, I went over the 400th mark while out drinking in Tokyo 🤪 I can't count every time 💦🤣. Jyushidai was the first sake I let my son drink as a college student, and it was the sake that made me fall in love with sake! I was able to drink it with my son when he was back home this time, so it was probably a good decision to bring it over 👌. The taste is of course unmistakable 😋. The aroma, the unctuous sweetness, the deep umami that I can't even begin to analyze 😅, and the lingering aftertaste that spreads ✨. My heart is dancing💓 Now for the evening service, I have to help with the goma memorial service at the temple on New Year's Eve. Oh, I'm not a monk... lol🤣 I'll make sure I get rid of my worries...(^-^;) I'll leave it for a while until I come back 🍶🤤. Thank you all for your ✅ and comments this year 🙇. We look forward to serving you again next year❗❗ Have a happy New Year ❗ From 🐲 to 🐍
