I'm back home basically every other week 🤭(I have a lot of things to do 😅)
But my body is going to have a hangover (two day fatigue) just from shoveling snow 🤣. GontaAs expected of such a famous product, it is full of flavor. GontaGood sake that is gorgeous and goes well with sashimi. GontaSlightly refreshing. It goes well with seared mackerel. N.E.
Next is another sake from Akita!
Although it is a Yamahai sake, its drinkability is more impressive than its strong richness!
The acidity, which is said to be a feature of Yamahai, also contributed to the final sharpness of the sake, but it had a very natural mouthfeel and was easy to drink.
