～A very limited set! On the day I met Senzuke, my real reason for visiting was because they were having a Kaze no Mori fair 😄. We entered the restaurant just before closing, so our time limit was 30 minutes 💦. I drank 8 kinds in total, so it was more like pouring them down the sink than tasting them 🤣. So I can't write a review of the taste 🙏. I'll add a description of the restaurant 😅 lol

. Next up is a Junmai Daiginjo for the main course. Swirling the glass, you can enjoy the aroma of ginjo. The taste is not too sweet and not too dry, but just right for a medium sized cup. The fruity flavor is as good as the rumor says. 👍️ Finally, the blur of the other day has been resolved.

. I met Senzuke in Tokyo on a business trip to Kansai the other night, who I couldn't meet in Osaka & Amagasaki (Hyogo) 🤣. My first Senzuke 🙌! First up was the white malted rice active nigori 😆. I could feel the bubbly and fizzy sensation! Even though it's nigori, it's light and has just the right amount of sweetness 😋. It's easy to drink at 13 degrees al 👍️

Farewell party with company members The restaurant is that restaurant which serves delicious Aizu Horse Sashimi😄. All-you-can-drink again, but this time they added some local sake to it 🤣. This place is very generous with the sake because they fill up a full cup of sake for each person 🍶😋. Actually, it was my first time to try "Ding" (^^)v A little sweet and clear! It's also very sharp. 👍️

. I arrived at Shin-Osaka before 9:00 p.m. on the day of my business trip to Kansai. I arrived in Shin-Osaka before 9pm 🚄, which is always a bit late, so I rushed to a nearby restaurant💦. I was determined to drink Osaka/Hyogo sake this time, but for some reason there was no local sake 😵. So we had a quick drink and moved to Amagasaki 🚃💨 (where we were staying that day). We went to a restaurant with a reputation for having a good selection of local sake. They have sake from Tohoku ❗ Huh? 🤔 They didn't have any local sake here either 🤣🤣. Local sake doesn't mean local sake 😅 lol. I decided to drink quietly that day and took only this picture 😅. Oh, I forgot to mention, of course I enjoyed this light nigori 👌 But still, I wanted to drink Senzuke 😭

@Home Drinking I brought another bottle of Pray for Aizan 40! The Aizan I've had in the past is 50Red Diamond, so I'm looking forward to it 😆. This one was released at the end of the year, so many people uploaded their pictures at the beginning of the year⁉ So, is there any good fortune in leftovers? I thought it would be easier to understand the difference since I can compare it with the previous Kukai 🤔... I can't tell much😅lololololol Of course, I could feel the strength and depth of the umami, and I got the impression of "Aizan~", but both are easy to drink, and both are "good here" and "good there" 🤭. But I think this one is more elegant & richer, and you will be immersed in the aftertaste ☝. I think this one will be more elegant & richer in the aftertaste ☝, just a bit more expensive.

@Home Drinking I haven't drank Kangiku lately 🤔. I've found it on the menu at a restaurant and ordered it, but I always get a cheerful response of "It just became available a few minutes ago 😄♬" 😭 lol It's so popular after all 😁. Then I couldn't stand it any longer and thought "Let's go buy some chrysanthemum 👊". I decided to go to a liquor store 🏃💨, which is a 5-minute walk away. And I took home this one (^^)v The image is the sky and the sea of Kujukuri-hama beach⁉ I had drunk it last year, so my mind was full of preconceptions🤣. It has a nice, easy-to-understand sweetness in the mouth, a refreshing feeling, and a slightly bitter acidity 👌 definitely delicious! But I also have the impression that it's not very fizzy for a mouthful 🤔. I think this is how it was 🙄.
