Out of focus photo 🤣 Aromatic fruity aroma followed by a slightly mellow sweetness. This flavor is probably due to the six months of fresh aging⁉ I want to drink it slowly and repeatedly 😋. Deep flavors go well with autumn. PS. I was saying that summer sake is easy to drink until the other day... (^^;)

SAKU-USAI (2) This is the EARTH series "Yama-san"! The back of the bottle says that it represents a magnificent mountain, so I took a sip with the image of Mount Iwate in mind 😋. 🤔I've never been to Mt.
