. And again from a local brewery. Double points for this one 👍️ lol The reason why I started to switch to Sake was this Tobiroki, but when I drink it now, I think it's surprisingly classic body 🤔. I'm sure it's the Tobiroki that has the clean, crisp and beautiful taste.

Thanks, Muro! I think it's time to show some local love ❤ or else I'll have no place to go back to 🤣. I drank too much sake when I was young and my body couldn't take it anymore 😅, but I was able to get back after drinking Junmai Daiginjo Tobiroki, so thank goodness for that sake: 👍️

@Home Drinking This one this time is a bottle I bought with the one I drank the other day. I went looking for local sake (Fukushima sake) but this sake... 🤔. I had no time and stopped by a liquor store, I thought it was a "O" which I had never seen before and put it in my shopping cart on a hunch without looking at the label on the back. When I came back and looked at it carefully, I realized it was not "O" but "Ki" 💦. Because the lower side of the letter "貴" on the label blended with the color of the label and it looked like "央" 😅 stupid lol Now for the taste... From the first sip, the acidity is pleasant and the sweetness is refreshing. It's well-balanced and easy to enjoy! And the fresh sweet and sourness is like spring. This was the result of an injury.

. I remember drinking Eiko-Fuji, but there was no log, so this is my first post! The pink label looks cute and spring-like 🩷. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a bottle of this wine, but I have the impression that the core is stronger than I thought it would be, accented with umami and a light astringency 🤔. Overall, the taste is somewhere between Classic and Modern⁉ I think this is a good choice for everyone.

. Matsuo Boast" is distributed only in Chiba Prefecture. This is a freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that is only available in limited quantities until February. The taste is not too gorgeous like a standard sake, and the non-habitual drinking comfort is perfect for a mealtime drink⁉. It is a bottle filled with the sake brewer's love for his hometown. 👍️

Koshi Fair ⑥ The last sake is a store exclusive sake served at the restaurant "Kinone omoya", which is located in a 300 year old main building on the brewery's premises 😍. This one is a Junmai Daiginjo with a fine taste 😋. Everything I've had so far has tasted fresh and to my liking, but this was definitely a polished taste ✨✨.

Koshi Fair (1) Koshi Fair at Asano Sake Shop ⤴️ I had a great hit🎯 with the Risshun Asashibori last year and this year, so I rushed to the Koshi Fair (^^)v The first one is this one which looks very spring-like. It says "spring-like aroma" on the bottle, and it certainly has a gorgeous aroma, spring notwithstanding✨. The fresh, slightly carbonated mouthfeel and mild sweetness really hit the spot 😋.
