[7 water and more 5) And of course, the last one is CHARMANT sparkling wine 🍾. The manager brought it out from the back of the bar because we drank Nanamizu so far. It is an active type of nigori, so it is a different kind of sake wine with a bit of a "chuwa" and "torori" taste 🥂. In Japan, wine is also becoming nigori (unfiltered wine), which seems to be influenced by sake 🥂 ☝️ I wanted to drink this sparkling first as a toast 🥂🙄. I drank it all by myself 😢🤣

[Nanamizu Moromororo-④] Next up is CHARMANT, which for some reason is the subject of a rumor in the Sakénawa area ❗🤭 about a wine yeast brewing method. I drank it before the rumor, but I was careful not to make a mistake in my comment...(my hands are shaking 🤣) I'm not sure if I'm making a mistake or not...(hand shakes 🤣)...but I'll be careful... Mellow sweetness and strong acidity It's good 😄🎶. How about if it were a sake? Some might say 🤔 but I simply say 'I like it' when it's good 🤗

[Nanamizu Moromoromo ③] Next up was Junmai Ginjo 55 Aizan ❗ which was presented with a gold award 🥇 and a glamorous ✨! The first sip of this wine, with the words "Gold Award Winner" and "Aizan" dancing in my mind 🥁🎶, was... 🎶... 🎶. In a word, "It's a shichimizu" 🤣. No, it's "delicious seven waters" 🤣. I guess it's a combination of the best of both worlds⁉ I have the impression that its rank has been raised. ☝️ The first two were Junmai, this one is Junmai Ginjo, not only formal, but also has a certain elegance...🤔. But is this a placebo⁉💦🤭?

[Nanamizu Moromororo②] As the name suggests, this one is brewed with an emphasis on pairing with food⁉ The taste is quite sweet, so it seems to go better with boiled fish or other strong flavored food than raw seafood 🤔. Since this is a corner bar, I only had crab miso with my meal, so I would like to try pairing it with a meal next time 😄.

[Nanamizu Moro 1] I drank some of my favorite Nanamizu ‼️ I started with a summer sake first 🌞. The back of the bottle says "aroma reminiscent of a pineapple", but I'm still insensitive to fruit aromas 🤣 (I could tell it smelled good 😅). But I could tell how juicy it was on the palate 👌. It's a good summer sake with a solid 16 degrees al but it's refreshing and easy to drink 😋. Tochigi sake is good at using acidity 👏.

Part 2 On this other day, there was only one reserved seat next to me, so I bought a lunch box and a drink and boarded the train. Sake was a mini bottle of "Saku". Unlike last time, I was sure that I could enjoy the sake in a relaxed environment, but since I was planning to go to a bar after getting off the Shinkansen, I had a light bottle! Saku is still delicious! So... it was a quick hit💦. That's what you'd expect 🤣. I knew this amount of food was not enough 💦 lol

🚄 part 1-2 We didn't have any neighbors at Ueno station, so we opened a bottle of Kamo Nishiki next! Actually, I've only had Kamo Nishiki, which I love, and this is my first pure Kamo Nishiki 🔰. It's still a light tone, but I think this one has a more robust flavor⁉🤔. It's delicious 😋. I finished this one by Omiya station, but the one next to it was still empty😅. I regret that I should have stocked up on more 🤣.

Part 1-1 I often take the last Shinkansen back home, but it's only an hour and 20 minutes ride, so I usually don't eat or drink... This day I was too hungry to buy a bento box, so I bought a mini bottle of sake as well 🤭. I started with the Kuroryu first. It's so tiny 🤣. It tastes like Daiginjo-style clear and Swiss-style 😋. Finished quickly before arriving at Ueno station before the neighbors arrived💦. I drank it all because it was an unplanned purchase😅.

The last of the drinking comparison ▼Hinohi We chose Shinshu Kamerei as the third bottle, but it was out of stock, so we left it up to the manager. The image I had before was "delicious water" in a good way, of course 😁. It tastes really light, fresh and clear! A low-alcohol energy drink that can be drunk in this hot season 🤣. I know I already gave you the answer, but next time 😅. Jikin Omachi It's been a long time since I've tasted Jikin and first time I've tasted Yumachi. It's been a year since I've had Jikin, so I've forgotten the taste and everything 😅😅. I fearfully took a sip 😗. Ahhh, it's still elegant fruitiness⁉😍. It has no sharpness at all, and the taste is soothing and safe 🤗.

One more comparison of drinks 　　Nichinichi, Sando, Jikin Sanndo, Homasu, Shinonoso I'll give you the answer first 🤭. Sundo was by far my favorite of the three in this comparison ☝(my favorite). It's indescribably complex and you can taste a lot of different tastes, which I really like ✨. And yet the complexity flows without being congested 🤔. I'm always captivated by the exquisite tuning 🥰.

Next up was a comparison of Jyushidai Honmaru, Shinsei X-type, and Shinsei Cosmos. Jyushiro Honmaru is a standard type of Jyushidai. . I'm finally back to posting while I can remember ✌ It's really time to go back and say "Huh? 🤔..." and all I can say is 'yummy 👍️' 😅 lol Oops, long story short I forget 🤣. Well, the first drink of the day was a quick and easy one from AKABU 💓 I had a Ginga and a Jade, and I immediately decided on the Jade because it was so refreshing, but I didn't realize at the time that I had never had a Ginga before 🥹 ...too bad 😭. I didn't know that was the case and went straight to the next one 🤣.
