Things from the past Another quick update of things whose memory has faded with the passage of time😅😅 Finally, a beetle 🌈 flew into my hand ❗ The acidity is just like this 😆. But it's a little milder now, isn't it? I think so 🤔

A thing of the past I remembered that it was light and pleasant to drink, which I didn't think was possible with 90% polished rice. It was a hybrid flavor that had a strong sweetness but also had a clear aspect 🤔. I remember this was a new discovery 🙄.

things from the past Masumi I had a drink once 2 years ago, but it's no wonder I have no memory of that time, because I've forgotten even the memory of the last month and a half 🤣. I remember it was probably very easy to drink 🤔 But is this a convenient word to use when it's ambiguous? 😅

Things from the past Here is a quick update of things I vaguely remember from the past. Aizu Musume is the usual one so no problem 👌 The white one in the middle of the second picture is the nigori from Azuma Rikishi 🦍. I've never seen nigori this thick before and it was shocking 😲🐴🐴.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😆. What can I say about this one 👌, it was so interesting that I had to have another one several times before I ran out of it 🤣. I saw in the past that Drunken Summer 🍉 was also an Azuma Rikishi⁉ There are so many different kinds of Tochigi sake ✨👏.

Last batter is of course summer sake! This one is also labeled as dry, but I think it's the most medium one today⁉ I like this kind of taste 🤗. I finished well with this one: 👍️ I sipped something unnecessary again on the way back home😅. The shinasoba from Chibakiya ❗🍜. This will help to store nutrients around my stomach and get rid of the summer fatigue ✌🤣.

Hi N.E. ❗ I often eat Chibakiya's wonton noodle with soy sauce 😁 It is good after drinking 😆.

No. 5 hitter is also a summer sake Choyo Fukumusume is the first brand! Slightly gassy taste boosts freshness 👌👌. But today's summer sakes all have a dry taste, so it's hard to differentiate 🤔. Summer, dry, refreshing" is the watchword for this summer ❗. The side dishes are simmered sea bream and my favorite dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) ❗.

. What a summer sake series⁉ The third batter, Drunken Whale Natsu Whale 🐋. It's a little high in alcohol content, but it's still a very smooth drink 🤣. When in Kochi, the best accompaniment is bonito ☝. Bonito Tataki Salad with condiments and grilled barracuda 😋.

. Good day again today ❗ It's hot every day⁉🌞💦. I'm going out for a drink early today after a long time 😍. I'm going to update this page while drinking because I'm afraid I'll be late 🤣. First up was Fukuoka's sake, Yamazan no Kotobuki! I'll have a beer with it until the snacks arrive 🤭. It's 14% low alcohol but you can still feel the alcohol 🤔. It's a quick drink to get your palate used to it 🐴.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆. I had an accumulation of un-posted items and I knew if I accumulated more I wouldn't be able to turn them around so I digested them live 🤣. My memory hasn't faded 👌. The ones I haven't posted are completely lost in my memory... 😅 I'm thinking of making it a forgetting series 🤭.

. I brought another bottle of Jyushidai Chogoku! I was able to get it on this day, so I opened the bottle right away😍. One word: "Mmmm~🎶"! The balance between the usual moderate sweetness and deep umami is brilliant 👏. I can drink this without any accompaniment 😋. It's a matured super-premium, but it's light and easy to drink, and of course I drank too much 🥴 lol.

It's been a while 🙇. I've been busy with work and other things 💦💦. I haven't been able to take it easy and look at your posts 😵💦🙏🙏. So I went to Ashinomaki Onsen in Aizu this weekend to rest my bones 😌. The sake I brought with me was, of course, Aizu Chusho Natsu Gin🍉 from Aizu. The refreshing sweetness and lightness of the sake is exactly what summer is all about 😋🎐. But since I had it with an empty glass after dinner, I wanted to drink it with snacks 🙄. The view from the room. I used to love this open-air bath and used to crow about it, but now I'm completely immersed in it 🤭. And the last one is the "Aizu Yamashio Chashu-men" I had for lunch at the Uende main restaurant. It's delicious. 👍️

Hi N.E., I like Aizu Chusho at the hot springs in Aizu. I stopped by Uen on my last trip to Aizu and got soy sauce. The salt looks delicious too. I must go there again.

Good morning, Mr. Nochi 😆. You must drink local sake when you travel⁉ (Although I was in the neighborhood this time 🤣) I see you went to Uende ❗👍️ I hope you will try Aizu Yamashio next time ❗

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆. We are alive and well 👋🤣. And it hasn't been that long⁉😅😅 I didn't think I could afford to lose so much time that I couldn't balance work and 🤔. That's a rare sign of serious work ☝🤭.

N.E., oban ✨. I was waiting for you up that river 😫. Did you not eat the yakitori at Uen?
Japanese>English

Mr. Muro, good morning ❗ I ate yakitori (pork, I think), of course: 👍️ I was the driver so I had a non-alcoholic drink 😭 My family all drank the real thing 😠💢. I would have pressed "ping pong🎶" too if I knew where it was 🤣.
