After-party 🍶. This day was the company's drinking party 🍻. The company's all-you-can-drink banquet, so I just drank the usual 🤣, I drank a special order of Masamune, Kakuraku, Kameizumi, and Hitakami, etc. in the shade. After that, I took the sake-loving members to the after-party 🍶. First up was the Kuheiji light nigori. This one has a perfect balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity with a hint of sweetness 🥰. And my favorite word "light nigori" 🤗 lol It's been a year since I've had this one, and when I looked at the previous record, it said "I like this one". I still like it even after a year 🤣.

. I had a bottle of this Hi-ire the other day, but this time it is a Nama Sake😍. When I drank the hi-ire version, I was surprised at how clear it was with 90% polished rice. I was so surprised.... So when I heard that it was a nama sake, my expectations were high💓. I was convinced that there was no doubt even before I drank it 👀 when I saw the color of the sake in the glass ❗ Because I love light nigori 🥰 lol It's refreshing, clear and fresh in the mouth, and with the characteristic acidity, there's nothing else to do but to drink it without saying a word 🤫. It was a good ending.

I remember this one from March too😅. This is one of the spring sake that I like to drink while viewing cherry blossoms, but there was always no 🌸🤣. I had no choice but to drink this one while looking at the label and thinking of the scene 😋🐴. I guess it would be triple the fun to drink it under the blooming cherry blossoms 🌸☝.

. This bottle was selected by the manager! It seems that this sake was designed to go well with oysters, and is brewed with white wine yeast. . Now that our tongues are ready, the next stop is Ni-Rabbit, which has been a long time coming! I don't think this is the first time I've had Ni-Rabbit at Aizan... The taste is very different from the previous one, with a more robust flavor and a rich complexity. . This is my first visit to 85 (Hakko)! The owner of this restaurant offers a variety of domestic cheeses and fermented foods, hence the name 85 (fermented). We started off with a light spring sake, SAKURA🌸. The cherry blossoms in Tokyo are at their best but the temperature during the day was about 7℃... 😵(24℃ the day before 😅) I wonder if people are still viewing the cherry blossoms 🤔. Well, the main topic, AKABU SAKURA, the light and refreshing taste makes me feel refreshed 🥰. How can there be any mistake⁉😆😆.

. I tried this one too because it was so good! The rice used for the sake was "Hanasoui" and this is "Akita Sake Komachi". The taste is similar, but this one has a little more sweetness, umami, and acidity 🤔. It's hard to say which is better, but this one seems to be my favorite.

Lunch drink on this day 😁. My first time at W 😆. I wanted to try this sake because it was said to be "beautifully sweet", which is what W is aiming for! The aroma is very high 🍈. It has a strong sweet base in the mouth, but it's not overly sweet, it just sinks right in 😋. It is not only sweet but also stimulating, so you will never get tired of drinking it. It was pleasant to drink with a good taste.
