Koshi Fair ⑤. This one has a slightly sour and bitter taste from the first sip. The sweetness comes out later, but the impression is rather dry. It has a freshness, but not so much as to be called unfiltered direct pumping 🤔. It's a little different from the other ones so far 😆.

Kouko Fair ④ I thought it tasted like apple from the name, but it seems to mean it has more malic acid 😅. The sweet and sour taste is certainly fresh like apple⁉ The sweet and sour taste is combined with the strong acidity to give a refreshing taste.

Koshi Fair (1) Koshi Fair at Asano Sake Shop ⤴️ I had a great hit🎯 with the Risshun Asashibori last year and this year, so I rushed to the Koshi Fair (^^)v The first one is this one which looks very spring-like. It says "spring-like aroma" on the bottle, and it certainly has a gorgeous aroma, spring notwithstanding✨. The fresh, slightly carbonated mouthfeel and mild sweetness really hit the spot 😋.

@Home Drinking A step you can easily match with any meal and don't have to worry about Tonight I'll have a light nigorigo ☝. The sweetness is not so strong, and the position is middle palate 😋. Even though it is junmai, the umami is light and not heavy and refreshing. It's light nigori, so it's fresh, but not too fizzy 🤔. Best to enjoy with a meal (^^)d

From the other day... Here's a dry one to refresh your palate ☝. I thought it was my first brand so I asked for it but when I looked at the log, I saw I had already had Jun Dai once 😅. This is a dry junmai, just the right amount of spiciness to reset my taste buds👌. It goes very well with meals.

. This is a noble sake brewed with organic naturals instead of water. The first sip has a complex taste with light bitterness and astringency. I thought it might be sweeter than the previous one, but on the contrary, I don't feel so much sweetness...? 🤔 I guess that's why the complexity of the first sip was so impressive⁉(Is it just me?) 😅) But still, it's not so easy to find such a light and easy-to-drink kijoshu. You can enjoy so many different tastes that it seems as if you have discovered the depth of it on your own ☝.

. A natural bottle made with brewer's yeast and a lot of time and effort. Is this really 90% polished rice? It tastes so clear that you would think 😮. The light sweetness is just right, and I don't mind the slightly unique acidity. It is a bottle that shows the high level of Sengoku's technology. 👍️

. Here's another sparkling rosé that's a little different. When poured into a glass🍷 it's a beautiful pink color and a cloudy pindon? ✨🤣(sorry I don't have a picture 😅). So that beautiful rosé color is a natural color with a history of using purple-black rice! I think it tastes nostalgic with 8% alcohol 🤔. That's Chammery 🤭. So it was delicious w🤣.

Continued from January 30 I'll start with something different for the sake of conversation😅. It's a Margherita with tomatoes and basil 🤭. The aroma is a little scary... 👃. The aroma of the pizza was completely amazing 😲. When you take a bite of it, you feel like you're eating pizza and drinking alcohol. You don't need a side dish for this 🤣.

. Back again to Kaze no Mori! First ALPHA2, but how does 22% polished rice taste 🤔💓 My brain, brainwashed by prior information, says "gentle" 🤭. Fresh fruity aroma, light sweetness, and a core of umami even though it is 22%, and the acidity takes the lead and gives a sharp impression at the end more than I expected 😋.
