I've never had a chance to encounter Shiga's sake until now, having only had Laughing Four Seasons once.
I googled the information and found out that it was the first brew by the 20-something heir to the brewery 👀.
I heard that it was brewed by the heir to a brewery that had always been a solid sake brewer and had never been good at sake, so it was brewed as a light sake that young people could drink as well.
Well, the taste is... soft and easy to drink, which is what I was aiming for⁉ If I wanted more, I would have liked a little more character (who am I kidding? lol^^;).
But it's only the first step(?). So, I am looking forward to the future of this series 😌.
I'm also happy to hear that you trained at Akebono Shuzo in Fukushima, known for its Tenmei sake.

Summer sake trifecta, part 3
I'm convinced it would definitely be refreshing from the looks of the bottle 🤣.
This one has a nice aroma 😌.
It has a sweetness and expansive taste, but the finish is very refreshing!
Hats off to the very delicate way it was put together!

It says that this sake is brewed with the divine water of Nikko, and it looks like it will bring you luck if you drink it 🙏🙏.
This one is carbonated and has a great freshness and pleasant stimulation.
It has a light taste, but the umami is hidden in the back of the bottle, so I got the impression that it has a deep flavor as well 😋.

A gift from my parents-in-law in Hokkaido.
I thought it was a cliche, but it was designated as a Tokugawa family sake 💦🙇.

This is my first Otokoyama, and my image of Hokkaido sake so far has been of the robust type, so this one...
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's very dry, and I felt a little stimulation (not carbonation) on the first sip, but it's not a Classic type as I thought it would be, and it's easy to drink!
The dry and refreshing taste combined with the low alcohol content of 13% made this sake very easy to drink with food.

After dinner, I prepared "Kaze no Mori: Summer Night Sky" to drink while watching the bonfire and the night sky.
Unfortunately, we couldn't see the stars because of the cloudy sky, but we enjoyed a drink while watching the bonfire (it's a hot season ^^;)
Since our stomachs were already full, we drank it empty and it was refreshing and easy to drink 😍.
Some people may think it is too light to drink normally, but on a hot night like tonight, it was the perfect companion.

But I selected it because I thought it would have a strong acidity that would match well with grilled dishes.
Well, try it... how could it not go well with it 😀 😀.
Last year I drank it with sake as a snack, but I think this sake goes well with a solid meal like this.
Very satisfied 😋.

As a foreshadowing of the previous day's event, we now have a genuine Mutsu Hachisen summer sake!
Just looking at the light blue bottle, you can feel the refreshing feeling⁉
It's a little low in alcohol and light to drink, not to mention refreshing to the throat 😆.
However, I feel a little more expansive than the silver label because the acidity and bitterness appear in waves 🤔.

I was looking around for something normal and found a silver label that I remember fondly and enjoyed 👀.
It's a little sweet and juicy, but has a clear and refreshing side, and the fact that it feels so refreshing after a summer sake is proof that it doesn't have any clutter 😋🐴.

The third category is Yamagata Masamune, Summer Junmai.
Unlike the first two sake, this one had a moderate sweetness!
However, if I had drunk it by itself, it might have been light, but I might have been sensitive to minute differences because I had already had the two summer sakes.
Personally, I liked this slightly sweet summer sake.

I didn't feel any gas when I drank it, but when I opened the bottle, I heard a loud popping sound!

As expected, the summer sake is refreshing, sweet and tasty.
I think I didn't really feel the characteristics or the push 🤔.
