. The initial taste was a little sweet, but the sourness and slight bitterness that followed gave me a very different impression of the aftertaste! The sweetness I felt at first may be due to the fact that the rice is 80% polished rice and the flavor of the rice is preserved 🤔. But overall, it gave a sense of freshness to the drink.

. Masayo is the name of the person who goes by "Masayo-san" here in Japan 🤭. We finally got to meet him 😆. This Narukami was a dry type, with less sweetness and more bitterness & acidity than I expected. So it's an excellent all-rounder that is refreshing to drink and can be paired with any meal. We enjoyed it very much.

Hi N.E. 😃 Congratulations on your first masayo 🎉 ㊗️ Yes! Kochira's Narukami is a dry type 🤗 Please try various other Masayo family members 👋.

Hi Jay & Nobby❗ I finally found Masayo named by J&N 😆. It was not as dry as I had imagined from your high evaluation, but it was so good! I definitely want to drink the others now 👍️

@Home Drinking Daiginjyo by Masamune Kikki, said to be the SPEC for the sake on display. At the beginning of the year, we drank the counterpart, Kurotsuiko, but how about Shirotsuiko...? The aroma of this Daiginjo is very fragrant, and as others have said, it has a muscat-like aroma. The gentle sweetness that seeps into the palate and the crisp aftertaste that always loops through as you continue to drink, so you will never get tired of drinking it. It has the same elegant taste as Kurotsuji. I'm uploading this while drinking it now, but I'm sure I'll finish it soon 🤣.

Good evening, N.E. What a delicious review 🎵. I recently got this one myself and am looking forward to my first instrument, and N.E.'s review makes me even more excited to drink it 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki 😃. Is it your first time to get Gakkie⁉👏 This is a daiginjo, so it is an easy-drinking type without any habits, and it is Swissy. If you have a chance, please try our Honjozo as well!

@Home Drinking This one seems to be a new limited edition in the KAERU series. We have had the dry version of Abe-kan before, but this one is a little sweeter and has a deeper flavor for 13% ABV. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are all pleasantly stimulating, but there are no sharp edges, making it very easy to drink and finishing with a refreshing finish. The product description says the taste reminds me of "plum", but what did plum taste like? 🤔 lol It was a very tasty bottle.

. A cute turtle shell with a single word "Rice~". I thought the taste of rice would be in the foreground, but it's a very modern drink 🤣. I thought the rice flavor would be front and center, but it's a modern drink 🤣 It's true that if it were Classic, the turtle would have a realistic turtle design and not such a cute picture (^^;). Fruity and moderately sweet, with a nice flow of acidity that kicks in as you continue to drink it: 👍️ It was one of my favorites 😋.

The wine is very good. The first thing that comes to your mind when you drink it is that it has a nice aroma. It's a light nigori (light-bodied) sake with a sweet flavor and a strong acidity, which gives it a full-bodied taste. It's perfect for me who likes light nigori ❗ I enjoyed it very much.

. The rice polishing ratio is 70%, which gives it a strong rice flavor, and the slightly dry taste covers the ease of drinking⁉. It has no sharp edges and is well-balanced overall, so it can be easily matched with various meals.

Nagoya Station, Drinking in a Snack (7) I thought I'd finish with a dry sake. It was a summer-only sake, so I drank it thinking it would be the usual summer sake, but it was quite strong! The label on the back says it's 18 degrees al (18 degrees Celsius). And it's brewed with sake yeast, so it's different from so-called "low-alcohol summer sake"⁉ It's rich and dry, so it's a good match for me 😆. Now I can go to Tokyo without any worries 🤣.

@Nagoya Station, sakunin (6) Even after drinking the previous kijoshu, the ginjo aroma is still present and the taste is gorgeous and mellow! The sweetness is not so strong, so even though it's mellow, it's easy to drink! But this may be because the sweetness of the previous kijoshu has made my taste buds a little stupid 🤔 lol It was a very delicious sake.

@Nagoya Station, sakunin (5) I heard that it is a kijoshu made by blending junmai sake from 7 different breweries! I was impressed by the strong sweetness and very strong taste of the kijoshu I had in the past, but this one is easy to drink! The sweetness is strong but not habitual, and combined with the complex acidity, it was easy to drink 🤣. I like this kind of sake with a lot of flavor. 👍️

@Nagoya station, sakunin 4) This one was opened right in front of us! A nice sound, but it didn't blow out 👏. It is very effervescent and shrieky when it is opened. The taste, which is probably solid in body, is also carbonated, making it easy to drink 🤣.

Hi N.E. Thanks for your business trip 🚆. I can't believe you have a lineup of sakunin ✨. This sake is the one I want to drink after you told me about it when I started sakéwa 🎵. Have a safe trip back home😊.

Hi, ma-ki! The carbonation makes it a light drink, but I think it has a strong umami taste, so I recommend it to ma-ki-san who likes the umami taste of rice. 👍️ PS. I also enjoyed Mie sake the day before 😉🐴.

@Nagoya station, sakunin (3) First time to drink Hiroshima's Seikagami. The taste is medium to slightly spicy. I thought it looked like a robust type, but it had a medium flavor and was easy to drink from start to finish.

@Nagoya Station, Saku-drink (2) Now Omachi! The light fruity aroma spreads to a firm sweetness, and the flavor is quite intense. But the acidity of Ni-Rabbit always cancels out the acidity, so the aftertaste is light, refreshing, and delicious.

@Nagoya station, quick drink On my way home from a business trip in Mie, I had an hour to kill before transferring at Nagoya station, so I went for a quick drink alone 😁. I didn't get a chance to savor it, so please forgive the shallow review 🙏 (as usual ^^;) First up was a sake from Aichi, Ni Usagi Usu Nigori (light nigori). The color is so light that you don't even notice it's nigori. The first impression is sweetness, then gradually acidity is added to complete the taste. Basically, it is a very delicious sweet and tasty sake.

. Aromatic and fruity aroma. It has a strong sweetness, but the bitterness at the end neutralizes the remaining sweetness and gives it a nice aftertaste. I have the impression that it is darker than the pre-Hachitan-Nishiki I drank before. I wonder if this one is more like THE HANAIYOTSU⁉🤔. I've only had two premium brands, so I'd like to try many others!

. I've never had a chance to encounter Shiga's sake until now, having only had Laughing Four Seasons once. I googled the information and found out that it was the first brew by the 20-something heir to the brewery 👀. I heard that it was brewed by the heir to a brewery that had always been a solid sake brewer and had never been good at sake, so it was brewed as a light sake that young people could drink as well. Well, the taste is... soft and easy to drink, which is what I was aiming for⁉ If I wanted more, I would have liked a little more character (who am I kidding? lol^^;). But it's only the first step(?). So, I am looking forward to the future of this series 😌. I'm also happy to hear that you trained at Akebono Shuzo in Fukushima, known for its Tenmei sake.
