. I jumped to the restaurant thinking that it was the Jun-Dai (Jun-Gin) version because it said "PREMIUM" on the menu 😅. For a moment, I was about to say "You got it wrong! I was about to say "You've got the wrong one! I didn't know it was Tasake from the appearance 🤣. 🤣 It has a modern taste with a clear taste without any impurities 😋. It's delicious 😅. But I still want to try Jun Dai Premi next time 🤗.

. Last but not least, the cool looking "Jinya" 😎. I think I have a lot more Fukushima sake now 😅✌. It's also very refreshing and comfortable to drink, so I'm sure you won't get tired of drinking it 😋. It also has a little bit of dryness, so it would go well with rich dishes⁉ The last dish we had was Aizu Sauce Katsu-don! It was a little bit too naughty to finish 🤣. There is a very popular Sauce Katsudon restaurant in my town, though it is not in Aizu area ☝. I haven't eaten there recently because it's always crowded 🤔.

. This time, from the representative of Nakadori, Daishichi "Minowamon". (As a side note, Fukushima Prefecture is divided into three regions from the left: Aizu, Nakadori, and Hamadori ☝) Daishichi is a popular sake brewer that makes sake using the traditional "ikasho" method of sake making. And yet I hadn't tried Minowamon 😅. The taste is as good as the rumors say, very clean and sinks in so smoothly that you would think the osmotic pressure must be high😍. Is this a sports drink? 🤣 This is a drink that will never disturb you even when paired with light dishes👌. The entrée is "Sankaku-age", a local dish of Miharu-cho, famous for its waterfall cherry blossoms! It looks like this, but it's not thick fried tofu 👀‼. Both were delicious 😋!

. Last weekend, I went home to mourn my dog again this weekend. I went home to mourn my dog again this weekend, but this time, I went back to mourn my wife, who was suffering the most from the pain. On my way home, I decided to eat at this restaurant that I had always been curious about at Koriyama station. I wanted my wife, who has a hard time eating, to have something to eat... This restaurant serves Fukushima's local sake and local gourmet food. There were about 60 different kinds of Fukushima sake 👀👀‼. I want to drink from one end to the other and conquer this place someday 🤣. I'll start with the one I haven't had yet, the Hiragana "Sasasamune". It has a light sweetness and moderate umami, but not too strong and smooth 😋. Delicious! From left to right, "Abukuma Momiji-zuke", "Sansho pickles of kipper", and "Ika-no-Carrot"! This must be wild for those who don't like carrots 🤭😵! PS. We were able to offer our dog to the Lord.

A day of sorrow and pleasure ■□□ First of all, I'd like to talk about "easy 😆". It was my birthday. And my son invited me again, even though we had dinner last time 🤔. I thought I wasn't the main person at GW's dinner party😅 (I thought he was kind of indifferent). The restaurant we arrived at was the same one where I had my first drink with my son, who was a college student at the time, on a business trip to Tokyo before I was transferred to Tokyo by myself. It was before I got into the sake swamp, and I thought it had been lost in the Yaesu station development, but it was still there secretly (^^;) It was quite chic that you made a reservation there... I asked for [the manager's recommended sake] on the menu and got my favorite Koshi 😍. This apple is a refreshing drink with a sweet and sour taste due to its malic acidity, so it refreshes the palate after a long day of barbecued meat 😙. Next, the "Sadness 😭" event! Just as I was getting ready to go to work, I got a call that my dog who was in the hospital had a sudden change of heart 😵. I immediately left the store and hopped on a 🚄 flight to Fukushima, but he passed away before I could see him 😢. Coincidentally, we are going to have a toast and a sake offering on the same day next year, which is surely a reminder to "never forget" ⁉🥺.

Since it was Children's Day, we drank as adults. The manager was tasting Hoyo 🤭 to finish off the day. It seemed to be the manager's recommendation, and come to think of it, the previous Houyo was also recommended 🤔. It seems to be made by a young master brewer who trained at my favorite brewery, Dewazakura Sake Brewery ☝. It has a strong sweet taste, but it's light on the palate and easy to drink. It is light and refreshing on the palate. It has a lingering aftertaste, but not too heavy, so it finishes well 👌👌.

Children's Day is Children's Day, so we drank adult beverages (6) This time I became a casual fan of Nanamizu 🤣. Last time I met him, I had 3 kinds at once and they were my favorites in😍. Now... It smells so fruity and delicious ✨. I never thought I would get this stimulation again 💓 after having been to 💓. Now, let's take a bite... Oh, no? Are you still drinking Takachiyo? 🤔 It's so fruity, sweet, and fresh that you'd think you're still drinking Takachiyo 🤔. It's Children's Day, so we drank it as adults. I thought the packaging looked like Takachiyo, but it was a different brand from Takachiyo Brewery 🤭. I didn't study enough😅. I thought this one would be light because it's 14% alu, but it seems a little deeper than Takachiyo's 16% alu 🙄. It has a similar fruity taste, but it's more of a "light and delicious" 🤔. It's also refreshing and seems to be more widely accepted than Takachiyo which has a stronger flavor ☝.

It was Children's Day, so we drank adult beverages. On this day, I visited Asano-san for the Mimuro Cedar Fair that I was looking forward to following the Kaze no Mori Fair last week😍. And what a surprise, I was told that the Mimuro Cedar Fair was only available at the Umeda and Kyoto stores in the Kansai area 😭. I had no choice but to get myself together and rummage around in the cellar 👀. Okay, it's been a while since we've had Fukushima sake, so our first stop was Nagurayama!
