Things from the past
Another quick update of items whose memories have faded with the passage of time
Finally, the butterfly bug 🌈 flew into my hand ❗
The acidity of this and that 😆.
A little milder now? I think so 🤔
A thing of the past
I remembered that it was light and pleasant to drink, which I didn't think was possible with 90% polished rice.
It was a hybrid flavor that had a strong sweetness but also had a clear aspect 🤔.
I remember this was a new discovery 🙄.
things from the past
Masumi I had a drink once 2 years ago, but it's no wonder I have no memory of that time, because I've forgotten even the memory of the last month and a half 🤣.
I remember it was probably very easy to drink 🤔
But is this a convenient word to use when it's ambiguous? 😅
Things from the past
Here is a quick update of things I vaguely remember from the past.
Aizu Musume is the usual one so no problem 👌
The white one in the middle of the second picture is the nigori from Azuma Rikishi 🦍.
I've never seen nigori this thick before and it was shocking 😲🐴🐴.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😆.
What can I say about this one 👌, it was so interesting that I had to have another one several times before I ran out of it 🤣.
I saw in the past that Drunken Summer 🍉 was also an Azuma Rikishi⁉
There are so many different kinds of Tochigi sake ✨👏.
Last batter is of course summer sake!
This one is also labeled as dry, but I think it's the most medium one today⁉
I like this kind of taste 🤗.
I finished well with this one: 👍️
I sipped something unnecessary again on the way back home😅.
The shinasoba from Chibakiya ❗🍜.
This will help to store nutrients around my stomach and get rid of the summer fatigue ✌🤣.
No. 5 hitter is also a summer sake
Choyo Fukumusume is the first brand!
Slightly gassy taste boosts freshness 👌👌.
But today's summer sakes all have a dry taste, so it's hard to differentiate 🤔.
Summer, dry, refreshing" is the watchword for this summer ❗.
The side dishes are simmered sea bream and my favorite dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) ❗.
.
What a summer sake series⁉
The third batter, Drunken Whale Natsu Whale 🐋.
It's a little high in alcohol content, but it's still a very smooth drink 🤣.
When in Kochi, the best accompaniment is bonito ☝.
Bonito Tataki Salad with condiments and grilled barracuda 😋.
.
Good day again today ❗
It's hot every day⁉🌞💦.
I'm going out for a drink early today after a long time 😍.
I'm going to update this page while drinking because I'm afraid I'll be late 🤣.
First up was Fukuoka's sake, Yamazan no Kotobuki!
I'll have a beer with it until the snacks arrive 🤭.
It's 14% low alcohol but you can still feel the alcohol 🤔.
It's a quick drink to get your palate used to it 🐴.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😆.
I had an accumulation of un-posted items and I knew if I accumulated more I wouldn't be able to turn them around so I digested them live 🤣.
My memory hasn't faded 👌.
The ones I haven't posted are completely lost in my memory... 😅
I'm thinking of making it a forgetting series 🤭.
.
I brought another bottle of Jyushidai Chogoku!
I was able to get it on this day, so I opened the bottle right away😍.
One word: "Mmmm~🎶"!
The balance between the usual moderate sweetness and deep umami is brilliant 👏.
I can drink this without any accompaniment 😋.
It's a matured super-premium, but it's light and easy to drink, and of course I drank too much 🥴 lol.
Good morning, N.E.!
Thank you for your hard work🍀.
Onsen is a good healing time for your tired body. ♨️
And delicious Fukushima sake & Jyushidai is the best travel companion 🤤.
The scenery is peaceful and relaxing 😊.
Good morning, ma-ki 😆.
I've been so busy that I've neglected this one ✅🙇.
I think I'll be able to work hard again now that I've had a change of pace 💪.
Good morning, Hiro 😆.
It was really a set of 3 healing items this time 🥰.
I have to balance work and after hours activities.
Now that I've been energized, I'll do my best again this week 👊👊.
Good evening, Pon 😆.
I'm glad to receive your comment too 💓
I was able to get some Jyushiyo that day, so I took you up on it immediately!
I guess I should have saved it for something 🤔.
Ah, but "I can't stock it..." 🤣
