. I had a bottle of this Hi-ire the other day, but this time it is a Nama Sake😍. When I drank the hi-ire version, I was surprised at how clear it was with 90% polished rice. I was so surprised.... So when I heard that it was a nama sake, my expectations were high💓. I was convinced that there was no doubt even before I drank it 👀 when I saw the color of the sake in the glass ❗ Because I love light nigori 🥰 lol It's refreshing, clear and fresh in the mouth, and with the characteristic acidity, there's nothing else to do but to drink it without saying a word 🤫. It was a good ending.

. The taste is light and sweet at first, but as you drink it, it spreads to a fuller sweetness and you can feel the depth of its umami 😋. It is not heavy on the palate and is very refreshing and comfortable to drink. 👍️ The sharpness is mild due to the soft acidity, and it has a good finish that leaves a lingering aftertaste.

I remember this one from March too😅. This is one of the spring sake that I like to drink while viewing cherry blossoms, but there was always no 🌸🤣. I had no choice but to drink this one while looking at the label and thinking of the scene 😋🐴. I guess it would be triple the fun to drink it under the blooming cherry blossoms 🌸☝.

. This bottle was selected by the manager! It seems that this sake was designed to go well with oysters, and is brewed with white wine yeast. Why was it designed to go with oysters? 🤔 I thought, but it seems that the city of Kitsuki, where the brewery is located, also specializes in oysters ☝. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it with oysters, but I had it with my favorite blue cheese and avocado steal... Very tasty with a wine-like acidity 😋. . Now that our tongues are ready, the next stop is Ni-Rabbit, which has been a long time coming! I don't think this is the first time I've had Ni-Rabbit at Aizan... The taste is very different from the previous one, with a more robust flavor and a rich complexity. . This is my first visit to 85 (Hakko)! The owner of this restaurant offers a variety of domestic cheeses and fermented foods, hence the name 85 (fermented). We started off with a light spring sake, SAKURA🌸. The cherry blossoms in Tokyo are at their best but the temperature during the day was about 7℃... 😵(24℃ the day before 😅) I wonder if people are still viewing the cherry blossoms 🤔. Well, the main topic, AKABU SAKURA, the light and refreshing taste makes me feel refreshed 🥰. How can there be any mistake⁉😆😆.

. I tried this one too because it was so good! The rice used for the sake was "Hanasoui" and this is "Akita Sake Komachi". The taste is similar, but this one has a little more sweetness, umami, and acidity 🤔. It's hard to say which is better, but this one seems to be my favorite.

Lunch drink on this day 😁. My first time at W 😆. I wanted to try this sake because it was said to be "beautifully sweet", which is what W is aiming for! The aroma is very high 🍈. It has a strong sweet base in the mouth, but it's not overly sweet, it just sinks right in 😋. It is not only sweet but also stimulating, so you will never get tired of drinking it. It was pleasant to drink with a good taste.

@Home Drinking Once you see it, you can't help but drink it Mimuro Sugi 👀💦. I brought it home and opened it immediately ❗ A light "ssh" sound of gas escaping when opening the bottle 😍. The first sip of expectation, this is "good tasting water? 🤔"...lol The taste is so uninspired that it's almost as if it's not stimulating at all. The gassy feeling is not so much that it stimulates the tongue, but it gives a mild impression. It's very tasty, but it's dry as Bodaihashi series, and I don't feel the complexity of the characteristic taste 😵. I see, I have hay fever, so maybe the cedar wood vat extract got to me? (I don't think so 😅 lol) This is probably just opened and I haven't woken up from sleep yet⁉🙄. Or am I not awake? 🤣 This time I will not drink it all at once and wait for it to awaken🥱🫡.
