We selected this one to finish with a refreshing DRY type drink!
This is the first time for me to drink ALPHA1 DRY, but it is characterized by a very high acidity and is perfect for closing 👌.
It has a dry white wine-like mouthfeel and would go well with Western food 🍽️ ‼️
But it was too crispy to finish and I was under the illusion that I hadn't had a drink before 🤔. 🤔 and had to go back next time💦🤣.

I was pleasantly surprised by the firm acidity, similar to that of the Tochigi sake OHAKO...lol...d
As a result, all the past was washed away, good or bad... 🤔 lol.
