Hana Yuu after a long time: ‼️ This is my first time in Riku-Haneda. It has a nice sweetness and a fruity mouthfeel that doesn't get stuck in the mouth, typical of Hanamup! It's pretty good for a junmai sake. ‼️ After all, Hanamup is delicious: ‼️

First, Reimei & Okinawa: ‼️ I had a pretty classic image, but it was completely unexpected: ‼️ It was not too sweet, but it was easy to drink. It is not too fruity and easy to drink.

First, Morishima & Ibaraki ‼️ It was fruity and lighter than expected. I thought it would be more classic. It also had a bit of sweetness, and I had it with ham cutlets. ‼️ It was very tasty.

First, Sairai ‼️ I had seen the reputation of its deliciousness on Sake-no-wa, so I wanted to drink it as soon as possible, and I saw it for the first time, so I bought it ‼️ As expected from its reputation, it is delicious with a moderate sweetness! First time, Gazanryu ‼️ In my hometown Yamanashi, at an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) with my brother. The mouthfeel is clean and there is no stuckiness at all. ‼️ The fruity and sweetness was moderate and perfect for yakitori. ‼️

I bought a medium bottle because I drank the rough-run before and enjoyed it so much. The difference between it and the Aragiri...I don't know, but it was very good, with just the right amount of sweetness and almost no sake feel. ‼️ It's also cosy, so if I come across it again, I'd like to buy it: ‼️

First time, Abe: ‼️ This is a summer sake with a refreshing acidity that reminds me of Senkou, which is very nice. The sweetness is moderate, but not sake-like, giving it a slight sweetness that is very well balanced and delicious. ‼️ This makes me want to drink different brands: ‼️

First cold chrysanthemum in a long time: ‼️ I was looking forward to opening the bottle because of its good reputation! Not much gas, but the aroma is good. The taste is sweet as expected, with a slight spiciness at the end...quite delicious! I finished 2 gou of it in no time.

Long time no see Koei Chrysanthemum ‼️ The citrusy acidity was perfect for the hot GW! There is a slight sweetness to it, but personally I would have liked a little more sweetness. However, it was very easy to drink and tasted very good, with almost no sake-like taste. ‼️

Izakaya tour with my son, ending with drinks from my hometown Yamanashi: ‼️ Refreshing and fruity, perfect for the end‼️ It had a bit of sweetness and was delicious‼️ I was so happy to visit Izakaya with my son. It was a strange feeling of happiness‼️ I hope he will be able to enjoy sake soon, but I'm not in a hurry, I'm going to wait and visit izakayas.

First Izakaya with my son who turned 20 in April‼️ Something strange and happy‼️ First, we toasted with beer 🍻. My son had a sour after the second glass. I went to sake. Probably my first Sawaya Matsumoto ‼️ It was junmai sake, but it was fruity and easy to drink. I would like to try Mori-Ba-Ri.

Recommended at a yakiniku restaurant, first time, Kubota Sparkling ‼️ I was surprised when I drank it‼️ The sweetness was strong, but the acidity was surprisingly low, so it wasn't too close to wine, but very tasty. ‼️ It was 12 degrees, so I drank it all up in no time: ‼️ This is a brand I would buy next time I find it.

At a tavern near Hakodate Station! Finally got to drink some Hokkaido sake: ‼️ A little different from the image of Otokoyama, this brand was fruity and easy to drink. I guess it is because of the 13% alcohol content!

At a tavern near the station during a business trip to Hakodate. I heard it was sake from Hokkaido...but it was made by a brewery in Yamagata! It was surprisingly refreshing and went perfectly with the fresh squid sashimi!
