Recommended at a yakiniku restaurant, first time, Kubota Sparkling ‼️ I was surprised when I drank it‼️ The sweetness was strong, but the acidity was surprisingly low, so it wasn't too close to wine, but very tasty. ‼️ It was 12 degrees, so I drank it all up in no time: ‼️ This is a brand I would buy next time I find it.

At a tavern near Hakodate Station! Finally got to drink some Hokkaido sake: ‼️ A little different from the image of Otokoyama, this brand was fruity and easy to drink. I guess it is because of the 13% alcohol content!

At a tavern near the station during a business trip to Hakodate. I heard it was sake from Hokkaido...but it was made by a brewery in Yamagata! It was surprisingly refreshing and went perfectly with the fresh squid sashimi!

First time, Takachiyo ‼️ We drank at a barbecue restaurant and it was so good that I forgot to take a picture! It had a good sweetness and, as the name suggests, a refreshing aftertaste! Next time I want to enjoy one at home!

First, Sakyami: ‼️ The fruity aroma is very spring-like. It has a slight schwarziness and a moderate sweetness! Finishes with a slight bitterness and a dry-like aftertaste. I usually drink it almost always without an entrée, I usually drink it without a side dish, but I think it tastes even better with a crisp side dish. However, it is also delicious on its own. ‼️

I've been waiting for it, first time, and I've been waiting for it, first time, and I've been waiting for it. ‼️ I was lucky enough to buy it thanks to Pitama's advice: ‼️ On the first day of opening the bottle, contrary to my expectations, the sweetness and flavor were moderate. It is indeed sweet, but it is due to the white malted rice: ⁉️ After leaving it open for a day, I had a glass after dinner today! Compared to the first day, the sweetness and flavor are more voluminous, and I feel it is becoming more like Imi (maybe). A delicious sake while watching a recording of the WBC! It was a luxurious moment. ‼️

The third time I bore it: ‼️ I removed the cap, and with a pleasant pop, the cap flew off! It was like champagne‼️ The mouthfeel is just as fresh and shwashy as you would expect! It has a moderate sweetness, and the moderate acidity makes it refreshing! It didn't have a sake feel to it, so I was drinking more in no time. ‼️ It was a delicious drink that never fails me anytime I drink it. ‼️

A recommendation from the liquor store! I had never heard of this brand before, so I was very excited to open the bottle! Personally, I quite liked the taste! The aroma reminded me of Kameizumi cel24, but not too gorgeous, and the sweetness was firm enough not to be too sweet, with a clean aftertaste. ‼️ While watching the WBC, 2 gou went very fast. I am thinking of buying another bottle.

A sake brewery in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture and the Aihara Sake Brewery of the moon after rain teamed up to create this sake: ‼️ It was very tasty with a firm and very clean sweetness. It ended with a little lingering bitterness on the palate!

This is Ishikawamon, a different sake rice from the Yoshida Kurau sake rice we just upped. It has a soft sweetness with a Japanese feel that is quite delicious. ‼️ The acidity is moderate and the aftertaste is short. I tend to drink it on its own, so it was a perfect match for me. Next time, I would like to drink a bottle of Nama Sake!

First time, Yoshida Kura u‼️ modern Yamahai and it is my favorite brand. It became my favorite brand because of its refreshing sweetness and unique acidity that fits perfectly. ‼️ I had it on the rocks first, and it was delicious! Warming it up was not so good as the acidity became too strong.

Purchased at a liquor store in Tokyo. I asked for a heated sake for beginners and they recommended it to me. It was cheap at 1000 yen and certainly not habit-forming...just lacking something...I felt it needed a little more sweetness. ‼️

First time in a long time to drink Hanaohayou ‼️ Not too sweet, like a Daiginjo, and a clear taste: ‼️ It is not too sweet like a Daiginjo and has a clear mouthfeel.

After last year, I was able to buy a nigori: ‼️ I let it settle in the fridge for a week before opening the bottle, and it blew me away: ‼️ The taste was perfect and sweet enough to be a hit, and once again, I felt it was delicious. ‼️
