It's been a long time since I've had takachiyos. I was also attracted to Hachitan Nishiki and bought this one: ‼️ I had high expectations because of your high rating, but it was even better than I expected. ‼️ It has a well-balanced taste with a hint of sweetness. I finished it in no time. ‼️ I would like to buy a different kind if I see it.

My taste buds can't really describe the difference, but the Daiginjo has less impact. That may be a good thing... If you have an entrée, I vote for the Junmai Ginjo Red Label: ‼️
