I wanted to try Senkou's Natur. This sake is made by going back in time to the old days 🇯🇵. Natural yeast, polished rice ratio 90%, ancient rice instead of good rice for sake brewing, wooden barrel brewing, and natural yeast. First time at home drinking AKABU😆🔥 Akabu Aizan new born✨. Aizan" from Hyogo Prefecture is used as the raw rice. It has a rich flavor with a refreshing acidity that is pleasant and somewhat powerful 💫.
