◇Shinshu Kameari ◇ Hitogochi Junmai Sake I've seen a lot of good reviews of this sake. I've been wanting to try it for a while now. I came across it at Isego Honten and got it😊! It has a sweet aroma like rice with a hint of ✳︎! When it's well chilled, it has a strong, gassy, chili-like flavor 🌟. This is what I call a fire 😳. It has a full-bodied flavor and sweetness. The bitterness is there and it's crisp! As the temperature rises, the gasiness disappears and the As the temperature increases, the gasiness disappears and the sweetness increases. It's also very well balanced and delicious😋😋. This is a very well balanced and tasty beer! I bought the light blue Gohyakumangoku and and the green Miyamanishiki🍀😆✨. I took this Gohyakumangoku gemstone first 💠🌾 The aroma is like ramune! When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sharp sourness on your tongue! At the same time, it has a thick sweetness like a syrup! at the same time, a thick sweetness like syrup spreads juicy 😝. Denshu✨Junmai-shu 70 Kojo-nishiki The lowest rice polishing ratio in the history of Denshu (probably) (From Instagram by Kakinuma Sake Store) I was really curious about it, so I bought it. And the price is only 1,350 yen including tax😳. The smell is clear like a blue melon🍈〜✳︎! Fruity and refreshing through the throat✨. It's a low-milling rice, but it's full of flavor and no miscellaneous tastes! And sweet! This is a beautiful sake with a lot of flavor at this price! It's 🥺✨! So I was looking forward to drinking this summer sake and finally opened a bottle 😆☀️. It looks cool and nice💠✨. Slightly pear-like smell ✳︎ It has a clear, tangy sourness and a bitter aftertaste. And there's no limit to the number of bottles you can buy. This is not possible in Tokyo 😳. I bought a bottle each for my parents and home 🥳 I've been using it for a while now and it's really good! The label says "Sake Erotique" because it has a fetishistic and decadent flavor that can only be understood by mature men and women who have gone through painful and crazy love affairs. And. Hmm? What kind of thing? 🤣Laughs Faintly sweet and sour, citrus-like aroma ✳︎. Fresh sweetness and sourness, but also a good flavor. A hint of bitterness tightens it up. The aftertaste is drier than expected🌿. This is a very delicious 🥺🧡🧡! I didn't expect to be able to drink it. I was so happy to meet you 🥺❤️! Murasuke Akane-label Kameuchi-tori🐢 I heard a rumor about the popularity of Murasuke🌵🍁and I was curious about it. Luckily, Tokiwa and Akane were available, so I had a chance to compare them❣️🍁😋 Next up was the Akane label🍁. Compared to the Tokiwa label, the aroma is more subdued🍁. A hint of muscat, lychee and sugar 💫. Yeah, sweet❣️. The Tokiwa label has a white wine like grape sweetness (juiciness) that spreads all over your mouth at once😊🍾 In comparison. Akane label has a sweetness like sugar or caramel. You can really taste it on your tongue😋🍮 I felt like that feeling especially increased as the temperature rose! And the tingling sensation in the second half, which leads to the sharpness, is delicious. 🌟 I was wondering if this is the unique sweetness and sourness of Murasuke 😚 Actually, I got a blue Murasuke label the other day. It's like the mouthfeel you get when you drink good water☺️. The sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads all at once in your mouth. The final taste is crisp and clean 🌟. It's so delicious😭! The beautiful balance is the best 🙌✨. 🥺 reminded me of the soft and clear taste of Hirotogawa that I drank last time. Great on it's own or as a food sake, plus it's food optional! This time, we started with the food. I had it with a strawberry tart for dessert🤣❤️🍰 Actually... The last time I went to Hirotogawa, I had a Junmai Daiginjo I was surprised at how delicious it was 😳💗💗. I was told that the special junmai was recommended and I was actually going to buy the special junmai 💦. What? I've never seen a blue label like this! Anyway, before it's gone!
