The aroma is subdued, with a hint of ripe apple on the palate, and the taste is a perfect balance of rice flavor, good acidity and sweetness. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. You can drink it forever (laughs). We enjoyed it very much. It is one of my favorite bottles.

100% Yamada Nishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16 degrees This is the sake we will be toasting at the fireworks display on October 1st, but we couldn't wait to open the bottle. We participated in the online brewery tour. A 360 year old sake brewery in Fushimi, Kyoto. Made in Kyoto with 100% Celebration Rice polishing ratio 58 Alcohol content 17 degrees Fresh and crisp in the mouth, with a fresh taste of the rice and a clean aftertaste. Serve with Obanzai of Uosoro.
