Raw rice : Saganohana Rice polishing ratio : 55 Alcohol content : 15.5 This is a Junmai Ginjo Namaishu made with "White Koji". The refreshing acidity tightens the taste, and it is sweet but refreshing. You can feel the flavor of the rice and koji. We chilled it and enjoyed it with Italian seafood. It is truly a white wine! I want to try the other sakes from the Tootsuru Shuzo! Thank you for the food!
