The importance of publicity.
Not so long ago, old men would have kicked me out of the business for not making money even if it was a hot topic  and I would have thought that was true.
I'm old enough to think I'm giving up on being called a soft old man and accepting it when I write why.
Yes, it is a delicious sake with a harsh edge. If anything, those who are used to drinking sake will like it, and those who don't drink much will laugh when I recommend it to them, saying that it is delicious.
Yes, it is a favorite drink of mine, as an alcoholic. From the top to the end, it is more rich than sweet, which is really an odd design and a playful idea of the brewer. I feel the creator's playful spirit.
It is a good job, isn't it?
I am grateful to be able to drink sake today.
