The logo is cute.
When I look at it again sober, the design is a little more scary than cute, but it's nice in that I won't forget it.
My impression of the sake here is that it is a little sweet, but it goes down easy.
This time, the sake was thick, and I think that's all there is to it.
This time of year, there are a lot of muddy sake, but this one is not that cloudy, but rather highly viscous.
It is like ramen, but with just the right amount of flavor. I think it has a texture that is not to everyone's liking in terms of sake.
It is not too sweet, but of course there is no cut-off point of cleanliness. I like it. But I am happy to have had another sake tonight, having learned about a drink that I am not sure if I would recommend to others.
