First rice cranes. It was hot and I was looking for something cooler. I was looking for something cooler since it was hot and bought it when I saw the phrase "recommended on the rocks". When tasted cold, it is as thick as molasses. It is 14% alcohol, but it feels quite heavy. On the rocks, it becomes a nice salty flavor and is easy to drink.

Comparison of Aizu Ryugasawa (super dry) and Kirai (very dry). It was an easy choice because we thought we could compare them with the very dry one. The aroma was mysterious. It smells like a mixture of de-icer and whiskey bonbons (I don't know what that means). It's called "super dry," but it's not. It leaves a lingering aftertaste on the tongue... What is "super dry"? What is "super-harsh" and what is "sake degree"? This is a bottle that made me think (laughs).

What is this scent...? I was bothered by it, but I finally remembered. It's almost like Kagiya in Ehime or Tagaji in Okayama.

Comparison of Kirai White (very dry) and Aizu Ryugasawa (super dry). This is the first time I saw this sake. When I looked at the label, I found the Tokushima Prefecture that I was looking for. I was a person who never buy a bottle of sake, but I bought it immediately. When I uncorked it, I heard a nice gas sound. I was told that it was very dry. I thought it would be like the Mitsui no Kotobuki I drank the other day, but the aroma was quite bananas. The aroma was quite bananas. It tastes fruity, too. But the taste is also fruity, and then it quickly turns sharp. It's a good value for money at 2,200 yen (๑ˇ3ˇ๑).

A comparison of Kamikigen (Gohyakumangoku, Sake Degree +15) and Mitsui no Kotobuki (Yamadanishiki, Sake Degree +14). If Mitsui no Kotobuki is very dry. this one is super-hot. Compared to Mitsui no Kotobuki, it has a more fruity aroma and flavor. The aroma and taste are fruity. This one seems to be easier to take in for dry sake beginners.

Compared Mitsui no Kotobuki (Yamadanishiki, Sake meter value +14) and Kamikigen (Gohyakumangoku, Sake meter value +15). This is the first time for me to try Mitsui Kotobuki, a Michi. The aroma is moderate, as it is a very dry sake. Like Michi in his long-haired days. The moment you put it in your mouth, you will have the illusion that it has disappeared. The taste is so sharp that it gives the illusion that it has disappeared. It is delicious.

We received it again from a customer. Thank you for your continued support. m(_ _)m The "Minatomachi Genki Project" a.k.a. Mina Pro is a project to revitalize the port town that has lost its vitality due to the Corona disaster. The "Minatomachi Genki Project," or "Mina Pro," is a group of sake breweries in the port town that have come together with the spirit of "Let's cheer up the port town that has lost its vitality due to the Corona disaster. The aroma is like a banana. It is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. It is easy to drink as it has little bitterness. Personally, I think the combination of Kakusei and Gin no Iroha is excellent.

I'm getting drunk well, so I'll have an extra one... Tobiroki (black label). I bought it because I had not seen it for a long time. It has been five years since I drank Tobiroki. The aroma is moderate, and the smell of de-icer is strong. There is almost no sweetness in the taste. It tastes umami and bitterness. It is a sake to be drunk with a meal. I find it painful that hard-to-find or overpriced sakes are not always to my liking. I realized that hard-to-find or overpriced sake is not always to my taste.

Today, the instruments Masamune and Jiran. Masamune is famous for its inexpensive and delicious food. I had heard rumors about it, but had never had a chance to drink it properly. So, we chose the Nakadori Honjozo out of the many available. It has a strong melon-like aroma. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced. The slight bubbles on the palate are very pleasant. I would like to have a Junmai kitchen drink it blind and ask them what they think of it. I would like to drink it blind in the Junmai kitchen and hear what they think.

Today's sake is "Hiran" (Nikomaru) and "Gakki Masamune" (Nakadori Honjozo). I bought them to reconfirm my memory of the last time I drank them at an izakaya. I bought it to reconfirm my memory of the last time I drank it. The aroma is gentle and sweet, with a hint of lactic acidity. But the taste was not that sweet. The sourness and bitterness were stronger. Combined with the low alcohol content, it is easy to drink without getting bored.

This time it was Suginishiki and Kurumizaka. Since it was the first time for me to drink these two brands I chose the one that seemed easy to drink. It was similar to the last Chiyomusubi, but this one was easier to drink. This one is easier to drink with its apple-like aroma, sweetness, and acidity.

Purchased at Kibune Sake Shop in Morioka. I had heard about Morishima, but had not been able to drink it. It has a sweet aroma and taste like cotton candy. The taste is very easy to get hooked on.

Since it's a consecutive holiday, I went back to my parents' house in Morioka, and I feel so much at home. I bought it at Kibune Sake Shop in Morioka. I had an impression that it tasted traditional after drinking it about 5 years ago. I had an impression that it was a traditional taste, so I didn't buy it very often. I had never seen a low-alcohol sparkling one before, so I bought it immediately. I was expecting a considerable amount of gas since there was a note to open the bottle. I was surprised in a way as it was unexpectedly calm. The aroma was 3 apples to 7 nail polish. I think it is easy to drink, but there may be many people who don't like it. But many people may not like it (this is my opinion).

Good morning, U-SK ☀️ It's nice to relax and drink at your parents' house 😊The manicure scent is surprising when you see it in writing, but it's very easy to recognize as a fragrance 😆.

Mr. Pon-chan. Thank you for your comment. I read it back to you sober. What kind of scent is nail polish? I think I meant to say "nail polish remover" lol.

The 3rd hanpukai of Kakusei. Mizutoki (special junmai) Kamekuru (Junmai Daiginjo) Kisho (Daiginjo) Comparison of Yamada-Nishiki. Mizutoki has a fruity aroma and lots of flavor. Kamekaku is as easy to drink as water. Kisho has the taste of Kamekaku with depth of flavor. It is hard to say which is better. I like the modern style "MIZUTORIKI" because it is easy to take in.

Today, Murayu (Joban label) and Miyakanume (Sasanishiki 33) I tried to open the screw cap. An accident occurred when the bottle spun out and would not open. The book was safely opened by utilizing scissors. It is often said that you can use scissors for anything. I drink Joban label for the first time. It has a cool, sweet aroma and taste. Some people compare it to grapefruit, and I agree. It tastes like nothing I've ever had before, omoshiroi sake.

Today, Miyakanume (Sasanishiki 33) and Murayu (Joban label). Miyagi Prefecture limited edition sake. I was able to buy it safely again this year. Sugoi juicy aroma. Light as water. The deliciousness of the rice soon followed. I'm glad I transferred to Miyagi Prefecture.
