Comparison of Aizu Ryugasawa (super dry) and Kirai (very dry).
It was an easy choice because we thought we could compare them with the very dry one.
The aroma was mysterious.
It smells like a mixture of de-icer and whiskey bonbons (I don't know what that means).
It's called "super dry," but it's not.
It leaves a lingering aftertaste on the tongue...
What is "super dry"?
What is "super-harsh" and what is "sake degree"?
This is a bottle that made me think (laughs).

What is this scent...?
I was bothered by it, but I finally remembered.
It's almost like Kagiya in Ehime or Tagaji in Okayama.
