Today is Iwagiku (nigori) and Sen(Ishikawa-mon).
This is the first nigori for Kangiku.
It has a different aroma from usual Kangiku.
It smells like La France.
When you put it in your mouth, it feels so firmer that you may think you are drinking bubbles (sorry for the confusing expression.)
I have had many nigori sake, but I have never had such a feeling.

It is another brand of Yaezakura sake from Iwaizumi Town, which is famous for Ryusendo Cave.

The aroma is along the lines of Imi and Tagaji.

This is an Iwate-only brand of Akabu.
