I don't have anything to put with it, so this time it's a single item. I thought I had already posted about Nara's sake because I had bought and drank it so many times. I realized I hadn't posted it yet, so I posted it in a hurry lol. I hated it when I was only drinking fast brewing. (I hated it when I wasn't drinking fast brews.) I've grown to love it as I drink different brands of Hanabatake (水元✕ 水元). It's a limited edition sake for the month of January. I like it so much that the day it was released, I drove on a snowy road to a local distributor and bought it immediately. First of all, it is sweet, just sweet. It is sweet like apple juice (the white, cloudy bottled kind, not the concentrated paper pack). It is made in the same way as kijoshu, but the sweetness is different from that of kijoshu. The lactic acidity, which is typical of mizumoto, also contributes to its drinkability. Hanaboe? I think many people know the name but have never had it. I would like you to try it first.

Shihoru (Yunokaka) and Akabu (Sake Mirai) duking it out in Iwate Prefecture (lol). The cool, sweet aroma is in contrast to Akabu's rich, sweet aroma. The taste has a pleasant balance of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity, and can be drunk without getting bored. The rest of the Murasaki Uchu series include Ginotome, Gohyakumangoku, Kiniro no Kaze, and Miyamanishiki. If you have never tasted them, please give them a try at least once.

Akabu (Sake Mirai) and Shihu (Yunokou) duke it out in Iwate Prefecture (lol). Rich sweet aroma. The flavor is great, and it lingers for a while before suddenly snapping out of it. The level is very high.

This time it is Aizan and Shizen Shumelon from Chrysanthemum Cold. Strong pineapple aroma. The mouthfeel is also a little bit sweet... But then it quickly snaps and you want to drink the next one again. This year's Kangiku is also delicious.

Today is Niida Zenshumelon and Kangiku Aizan. This is my first time to try melon. I had heard a rumor that it was like drinking melon, so I was quite excited. The aroma is faintly melon. The acidity and bitterness are strong, so it can be drunk without getting dull. It's delicious, but... I thought I was expecting too much.

This time, Eiko Fuji (Jukinmu) and Sanzen Sakura (Hokkaido). This year's sake rice is Jukinmu. Hybrid aroma of pineapple and sweet aroma of rice. It has a smooth, clean mouthfeel and a pleasant gaseous sensation. No unpleasant taste at all. Eiko Fuji is too delicious and does not disappoint.

Today we have Sanzen Sakura (Hokkaido) and Eikofuji (Jukinmu). I had been curious about it, but didn't know where to buy it. I never got around to drinking it. I found it at the first store I went to for "Abe" and bought it immediately. I'm sure I'll visit many different stores. A faint sound of gas when the bottle was opened. Banana-like aroma. A rather robust flavor and bitterness. The taste is commensurate with the price and specs.

Following yesterday, today is another Suidoki, this time a hanpukai. (Each spec is as shown in the picture) It is completely different from yesterday's Mizutoki. Gentle aroma of rice and a unique minty aroma. Omachi is my favorite in this group.

A gift from a customer. The rest of the work will be done tomorrow and we will go home. I would like to savor it slowly now. Gentle and sweet aroma like white grapes (*´ ³ `)no Maybe it's just me. I did not feel the minty coolness that I used to feel in Sanriku sake such as Mizutoki, Drunken Sen, Hishiya, etc. This time I did not feel it. It is easier to drink. I found it tastier than I had previously imagined. Not only famous and hard-to-enter brands. I thought I should also try some familiar alcoholic beverages (´-`). oO.

Comparison of Murasaki Uchu (Yamada Nishiki) and Kawanakajima Genmai (Kinmon Nishiki). The third Purple Space is Yamadanishiki. I was a little surprised by the gas when I opened the bottle. This time, the aroma was strange, like green tea. I can taste the acidity and umami. It is a different direction from the fruity Purple Space so far.

Comparison of Kawanakajima Genmai (Kinmon-nishiki) and Murasakyu (Yamadanishiki). Fruity aroma with no unpleasant taste. The umami is also well pronounced. But it was easy to drink. No wonder it is so popular.

Comparing Mikotsuru (Yamaenishiki) and Shiuchu (Ginga no Shizuku). It smells like muscat. It has the same bitterness and gas as the purple space, but But this one leaves a sweet aftertaste in the mouth. There are two types of beer. The type with a lingering aftertaste. It's hard to discard either of them.

Easy-to-drink comparison of Shiuchu (Ginga no Shizuku) and Mikotsuru (Yamaenishiki). I've personally been paying attention to Hirota Shuzo's new brand "Shiuchu". The second product is Ginga no Shizuku, a rice wine. This is the first time I've had Ginga no Shizuku sake, so I'm looking forward to it. It smells and tastes like La France. It is indeed a sake from Shiwa Town. It has a pleasant bitterness and gas that resets your palate. It makes me want another glass. The third batch is Yamadanishiki, and the fourth is Yuinoka. I'm looking forward to it.

I hadn't had heated sake in a while and rediscovered how delicious it is. So I looked for one specifically for heating sake and found the perfect one. It's a new product from Kutouryuu. When it's cold and snowy I've often heard it described as a "melon. It's just like a melon, but better. When it's lukewarm. The alcohol smell is moderate and it's easy to drink.

A comparison of Tengu Mai (special junmai) and Shichiken (junmai). Traditional aroma, for experts. Not to be drunk alone. I'd like to enjoy it as an accompaniment to a meal. It would be great to drink it warmed up this time of year.

We drank Shichiken (Junmai) and Tengu Mai (Special Junmai) and compared them. The moment I opened the screw cap, I could smell the white grapes. The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it was sweet, but the bitterness soon came and harmonized with it. The price for this taste is too good to pass up.
