U-SK
I don't have anything to put with it, so this time it's a single item.
I thought I had already posted about Nara's sake because I had bought and drank it so many times.
I realized I hadn't posted it yet, so I posted it in a hurry lol.
I hated it when I was only drinking fast brewing. (I hated it when I wasn't drinking fast brews.)
I've grown to love it as I drink different brands of Hanabatake (水元✕ 水元).
It's a limited edition sake for the month of January.
I like it so much that the day it was released, I drove on a snowy road to a local distributor and bought it immediately.
First of all, it is sweet, just sweet.
It is sweet like apple juice (the white, cloudy bottled kind, not the concentrated paper pack).
It is made in the same way as kijoshu, but the sweetness is different from that of kijoshu.
The lactic acidity, which is typical of mizumoto, also contributes to its drinkability.
Hanaboe?
I think many people know the name but have never had it.
I would like you to try it first.
