Opened a bottle that had been stored in the cellar at home.
Perhaps because it has been almost a year since its production, the ginjo aroma, sweetness, and acidity seem to have rounded out. I drank it cold, but it might have been better lukewarm.

It has an elegant and beautiful taste, but I think I prefer the Tokujun.
