It was delicious.
It is a junmai daiginjo-style sake with no malted rice smell or other miscellaneous tastes, and the sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt straight away, with a beautiful aftertaste. After the second day after the bottle is opened, it starts to have a sourness and other tartness, and it becomes more like a mellow sake, but it was delicious to drink immediately after the bottle was opened in the cold of snow.

Purchased at a store attached to Aquas in Shimane. I was worried about the Yasaka Senjin Yamahai and finally bought a bottle, but I am very satisfied with it.
