Shichibonjari Junmai Genshu (14%) I bought this sake at a department store last year after it was recommended to me. I opened the bottle because it had been left too long! I couldn't taste the aroma because my nose didn't work due to hay fever. But it is very refreshing and easy to drink. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink!

Sake produced in Kumamoto, Japan Kumamoto sake. I couldn't drink it when I went to Kumamoto and the master of a set restaurant gave it to me when I forgot about it. It was like a Ramune when I first drank it! I was surprised that there is such a light but aromatic and modern sake. It is a good sake!

Garden nightingale Special Junmai Natsugakkoi I found this refreshing sake at a liquor store, and I like the fact that it is packaged in a UV-cut bag. It has little aroma, but when you drink it, the acidity and the deliciousness of sake hit you hard at the same time. It's like drinking sake for the first time. Fukuoka's sake is also delicious. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too 😀 😀

Great Snow Canyon Raw Alps Sake from places with good water is very tasty. Nagano Prefecture is also known for its abundance of water, and the brewery where this sake is made is also a place with good water. Kouei Kiku Snow Crescent 2021 Manufacturing I found this at a liquor store at the end of last year and kept it for a while. When I opened the bottle, the cork flew up to the ceiling! The lees and supernatant are both excellent! Delicious! It's delicious 😊.

Takashi no Tsukasa Junmai Ginjo Hanabukiyuki Light Nigori Nama-shu A gift sake. It is made from Yumesansui produced in Aichi prefecture. Sake made in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. This is the first time to drink light nigori sake. It is a light nigori sake, but the top clear taste is refreshing. Even when it is mixed, the oriki is not so assertive. The balance is good. You can feel the deliciousness of rice and water.

Akabu Junmai Ginjo Newborn Omachi It's been a long time since I've had Akabu. I had drunk Newborn before and thought it was definitely good, so I bought Aizan and Omachi. I was so sad to buy the Aizan, but my sake-loving nephew wanted it as a gift. The Omachi Newborn was a definite winner! It has a nice aroma with a hint of ginjo. Omachi is delicious!

Nabeshima Blossom Moon I was awakened to my love of sake last year when I discovered Nabeshima. Every time I drink a new Nabeshima, I am impressed. I was told it smells like peaches, and when I drank it, I was right. The aroma is good, and when you put it in your mouth, it is sweet for a moment, but then it wears off. Sake is so deep.
