Ohaii Macho Omachi Junmai 80
Sake from Takasaki. I wondered what kind of sake 80% junmai would be like, and was surprised to find a strong aroma. After a while, it starts to get sharp. This is a new sensation 🙂 It is delicious at 80% polished rice.
