Souup Junmai Ginjo Hashu Honor A customer told us that this sake was made from a special rice, and that it was delicious. It is indeed refreshing and good for a mid-meal drink. This is the first sake rice I have ever had. It has a freshness that I have never had before. It is delicious.

Hirotogawa Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Fukushima's sake is delicious. I bought it at a sake shop. I bought this sake because I was told that it was not sweet, but was a delicious sake with a beautifully sharp taste. As I was told, the aroma is moderate. It is not a blue tea, but it is not a classic either. I think I will become a fan of this one too.

W-dub Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 100% Yamadanishiki I bought this sake from Gifu last year. It is light in the mouth for a 17% alcohol content. After that, the mouth is filled with umami, and the aftertaste is clean. Delicious.

Junmai Ginjyo Rumiko no Sake 100% Yamadanishiki Another sake from Mie Prefecture. I saw the story of the birth of Rumiko's sake on the Internet and became deeply attached to it. Sakeya Hachibei Junmai Shiboritate Gohyakumangoku I bought this sake from Mie Prefecture because I found it at a liquor store and thought it had an interesting name. I later looked it up on the Internet and found it even has the inadvertent name Hachibei! Unlike the name, the taste is great. It has a good aroma, a good taste, and a slightly sweet aftertaste.

drunken whale junmai daiginjo shiboritate fuyuubiyori 　Gohyakumangoku This is a bottle that my junior colleague sent me when he went to Kochi. He asked a lot of questions to many liquor stores and made this one for me. It has a classic feel but with a hint of ginjo aroma. This is delicious! Sake from Kochi is good too!
