Sake made in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. This is the first time to drink light nigori sake.
It is a light nigori sake, but the top clear taste is refreshing.
Even when it is mixed, the oriki is not so assertive. The balance is good. You can feel the deliciousness of rice and water.
