Nishibori Brewery, Pancé Series, Vital
Described as chic and dry, but it's also amazing how fruity it is here at +7.
Youthful fruity aroma.
The sweetness and crispness are typical of daiginjos. After the sweetness, there is a hint of sourness and bitterness like grapefruit.
Very much to my liking, even as a sweet lover, I'd buy it again!
Iwanoi Iwase Sake Brewery Chiba Prefecture Miyamanishiki
The first Iwanoi I drank
I don't often drink Miyamanishiki, but this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is very clear and refreshing.
It has a little bit of the alcohol taste of the original sake, but the transparency makes it easy to drink.
The spicy aftertaste with a strong rice flavor makes it a delicious sake that can be served with a meal or on its own.
Ippongi Shiboritate Shinshu
Sake from Fukui is very popular these days!
The aroma is always strong with alcohol, but there is no gasiness or fermentation at all, and it is clean, clear and delicious!
It has a fruity flavor that makes it easy to drink for anyone, and I thought it was a wonderful sake that goes well with meals!
Mifuku Shuzo Nama Moto Junmai
I bought it because I wanted to drink Nama Moto (the kanji for Moto doesn't appear...)
Compared to the regular one, it has a stronger sense of rice and fermentation.
I'm not sure if I can tell the difference yet.
Akabu newbone Junmai-shu
I usually love Akabu's brand.
I had never had a newbone before, so I was looking forward to drinking it!
I think it is more fruity and sweeter than the regular Akabu Junmai Ginjo.
The Junmai flavor has less bitterness in the aftertaste, and it seems to be sweeter anyway. I like it very much!
Highly recommended for those who like sweet, not recommended for those who like spicy...
Jyokkari Shirakami Yeast No.9 Junmai-shu
Slightly acidic, slightly matured taste
It was not so good when opened, but after leaving it for a month, the acidity and matured aroma came together to form a cohesive flavor
I've never had a sake rice called "Hanasayaka" before, so I'd like to try another one!
18mori sake brewery usagi no kimochi
Oriental Zodiac Label
Rabbit's feeling
Happy New Year!
It's delicious, not too fruity, and you can drink it forever!
Nanasho Junmai Sake 60
Nagano is the name of Shichisyo in my mind.
Spicy, with a good aftertaste and a beautiful taste!
It's my favorite sake because of the good water ✨.
drunken whale mellow dry taste Junmai Ginjo
Although it is called a dry, junmai ginjo, it has a delicious mouthfeel due to the fact that the rice is polished to 50%.
It has a dry taste, but the aroma is good, and it is mild and fruity, so it goes well with a meal.
It is more like a dry sake for those who like sweet sake than dry sake.
Lightest dry ✨
The price is a steal at 1,650 yen for a bottle of rice that is 60% polished rice and made with out-of-quality rice!
I thought the taste was so-so...but after a little time after opening the bottle, it became rounder and mellower in the mouth!
It was a good value and satisfying for everyday drinking ✨.
Uragetsuyama En Unfiltered Nama Sake
Oh my god, this is delicious!
Too much for my taste!
If you like sweet sake, you should try this at least once!
I'll be sure to repeat the next time I see it...
Hakkaisan Special Honjozo
Hakkaisan, it had been a long time!
Hakkaiyama is a special honjozo with 55% polished rice!
When you drink it, it is delicious!
It can be served at room temperature, hot or cold, and it tastes great with all kinds of food!
I thought Hakkaisan was a traditional sake, but it was more than enough to make a delicious sake!
I would like to drink it again anytime!
Junmai Hidahomare, Polishing 80 Nama-no-Mazake
Nakajima Brewery
Amazing sake for 1100 yen!
It has just the right amount of umami, acidity, and aroma, with a great sense of balance!
The aftertaste is clean and not too alcoholic, making it easy to drink!
It goes well with food, and I'll definitely buy another bottle the next time I see it!
Tsuji Honten, Okayama Prefecture, famous for its Gozenshu (sake)
Purchased Omachi rice with a logo I had never seen before.
Haven't had Omachi for a long time, so happy!
Not too sweet, but aromatic and fruity!
I was at Toda Sake Brewery, but this is the first time I've seen it!
Yukino Kayasha Yamahai Junmai
I thought Snow Kayasha was good, but this Yamahai is also good.
The fruity and sweetness of the 65% polished rice is unbelievable, and the cost performance is great!
Akita's sake is becoming more and more delicious, and it's wonderful!
Mutsu Hachisen Junmai Ginjo Hiyakioroshi, orange label
This was my first hiyaoroshi from Mutsu, so I bought it right away!
It was easy to drink with the light mellowness and aroma of hiyaoroshi!
I think Mutsu is characterized by its freshness, so I think I prefer it not to be hiyaoroshi this time!
Kosumomori Junmai
Very stylish from the label... can't wait to see what it looks like!
When I opened it, the aroma was lactobacillus type, and the cloudy white color remained like lees!
It tasted like a white wine, and if I hadn't been told, I would have classified it as a white wine!
I think there was a Niimasa with a similar flavor, but I forgot...
I think it might be for women who don't like Sake, it's more of a food sake that can be paired with various meals!
I think it's more of a food sake that can be paired with various meals 😃.
Akabu Junmai Ginjo
This is a bottle that is used for evening drinking along with the instrument.
If I were to drink this for everyday drinking, it would be bold and delicious.
I knew it was cosy 😃.
Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Aizan
I bought it immediately because I knew this combination would be delicious!
Oze is always fruity, but the aftertaste is even mellower and without bitterness.
The taste is gentle and sweet, as if it melts down your throat.
Very tasty!
Will definitely buy again!
