Hakkaisan Special Honjozo Hakkaisan, it had been a long time! Hakkaiyama is a special honjozo with 55% polished rice! When you drink it, it is delicious! It can be served at room temperature, hot or cold, and it tastes great with all kinds of food! I thought Hakkaisan was a traditional sake, but it was more than enough to make a delicious sake! I would like to drink it again anytime!

Junmai Hidahomare, Polishing 80 Nama-no-Mazake Nakajima Brewery Amazing sake for 1100 yen! It has just the right amount of umami, acidity, and aroma, with a great sense of balance! Kosumomori Junmai Very stylish from the label... can't wait to see what it looks like! When I opened it, the aroma was lactobacillus type, and the cloudy white color remained like lees! It tasted like a white wine, and if I hadn't been told, I would have classified it as a white wine! I think there was a Niimasa with a similar flavor, but I forgot... Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Aizan I bought it immediately because I knew this combination would be delicious! Oze is always fruity, but the aftertaste is even mellower and without bitterness. The taste is gentle and sweet, as if it melts down your throat. Very tasty! Will definitely buy again!

Soma no Tengu Junmai Ginjo Mild Nigori There is almost no nigori, and the aroma is fruity and thick with lactic acid bacteria. It has a slightly spicy taste, but the light nigori gives it a fruity flavor. It is bitter and spicy, but has little acidity, which I personally prefer. Kangiku Junmai Ginjo Hi-iru Hitotsu Genshu Toumi I decided to buy Kangiku Junmai Ginjo Hiyaroshi at first sight! I wanted to try the fruity Kangiku with the mellowness of hiyaoroshi! The sweetness and peachy flavor spread from the moment you take a sip from the aroma! There is a slight bitterness at the end, but the acidity is quite low. Koshinoshiratori Tokubetsu Junmai Hi-iri Nara Sake Rice: Takane-Nishiki This is the first time I've had Koshinoshiratori. I was looking for a spicy sake that I liked, and this is the best hit I've had recently! Ippongi Yamadanishiki Polishing is not stated. When I took the first sip, I thought it tasted spicy and refreshing with a strong alcoholic flavor, and I thought it might be a little bitter, but...
