Hakkaisan, it had been a long time!
Hakkaiyama is a special honjozo with 55% polished rice!
When you drink it, it is delicious!
It can be served at room temperature, hot or cold, and it tastes great with all kinds of food!
I thought Hakkaisan was a traditional sake, but it was more than enough to make a delicious sake!
I would like to drink it again anytime!
