KAUSHITO KUHEIJI Between Fire and Moon Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjyo 50%. I've been excited about brewer Kuheiji for a long time! It's delicious! It says it's supposed to be heated, but it's totally delicious just as it is! It's so easy to drink and smooth when heated up! I think it's too good to drink at room temperature or cold, considering its deliciousness!

Nanbu Bijin Rose Yeast Princess Michiko Junmai Ginjo 55 Nanbu Bijin, nice from the label, good as a gift! Fruity from the aroma, probably thanks to the rose yeast! The sweetness and fluffy mouthfeel is not heavy, and the alcohol content is low, making it easy for women to drink! It's hard to tell the difference between yeasts, but I can tell with this one! I think... lol

Haneya moonlight beauty Junmai Ginjo Omachi 60% Nama Shu I have high expectations for Haneya's Omachi sake! The aroma is luscious and the taste is juicy and melon-like! The sweetness is matched by a moderate bitterness. The alcohol content is very low and the fruity taste is strong! Delicious, I want to repeat it again!

Wakakoma Omachi 90 Nama Sake, raw raw sake without filtration, 90% polished rice I had never tasted a sake made with 90% polished rice, and I was excited to see what kind of taste it would have! One sip and it was very juicy! It had a fruity and delicious flavor that you would not expect from a 90% sake, and it was wonderful! It also has a spicy, numbing spiciness that gives it a sense of power or gravity. I think anyone would find it delicious, Omatists will be even more delighted with this gem!

Eiko Fuji Hinowa Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Tsuyahime Sake Degree -3 I've heard a lot about Eikoufuji recently. It's been a long time since I've had it. It is very fruity and sweet! It is as good as its reputation! I think it's a bit bitter and alcoholic along with the sweetness, and I think it's a bit rough for me. I think the taste of Eikoufuji is a taste that can be liked or disliked! This in itself was a great sake with good cosmetics!

Kawakame Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Kawakame Shuzo Yamadanishiki 50% polished rice First time to drink Kawakame, with a sake degree of +1. KAGIYA Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama-no-Ginjo Sake rice Matsuyama-Mitsui, Black Label 50%. I enjoyed another Kagiya sake, but this one was even better! The soft mouthfeel gives a sense of freshness, and although it is an unfiltered, unfiltered sake, the alcohol is not strong and it is very mellow and nicely balanced! I would like to repeat it again, it's delicious!

Furoizumi 3-year aged pure sake Yamahai Junmai It has become a representative sake in the field of old sake in my opinion! I sometimes feel like drinking it when it is always kept at home. Kangiku Blue Sapphire Junmai Daiginjo Yamada x Gohyakumangoku Unfiltered Nama-shu, low al. 14 Every time I think it's good, but it's really good! The taste is directly to my liking, but that's not the only reason, I feel that it is a slightly fruity sake that can be enjoyed by anyone, without the peculiarities of sake! For this price, I have to take my hat off to the taste! It was delicious!

Yoru no Teio daybreak Yamadanishiki 60 13% low alcohol Recommended as a food sake. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, and it certainly goes well with food, and it goes everywhere with gubigubi. It is delicious on its own, and the taste will change as the alcohol level increases. I want to drink it again.
