Eikofuji Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Akebono-Yuki ORIGARUMI Haenuki Sake degree -18 I bought this sake because it was a rare ogirami (so white you'd think it was a cloudy sake). The sweetness and bitterness are exquisite, and I didn't expect to be able to taste them at this price..! If you like cloudy sake, this is a must buy!

Niidashi Zenju KANTARASUE Polishing 80% old sake Koshu lineage The difference between old and new sake is the roundness and drinkability, and I still don't understand the depth of old sake. NAGARE Kasumi Junmai Daiginjo 100% Yamadanishiki The aroma is good. One sip and it's old sake? I was surprised because it was a little expensive, but to be honest, it is better lukewarm than cold. The alcohol content is moderate and the old sake-like taste is not that strong, so it is very mild. You will not get tired of drinking it. But unfortunately, the cost is not so good 💦.

KAUSHITO KUHEIJI Between Fire and Moon Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjyo 50%. I've been excited about brewer Kuheiji for a long time! It's delicious! It says it's supposed to be heated, but it's totally delicious just as it is! It's so easy to drink and smooth when heated up! I think it's too good to drink at room temperature or cold, considering its deliciousness!

Nanbu Bijin Rose Yeast Princess Michiko Junmai Ginjo 55 Nanbu Bijin, nice from the label, good as a gift! Fruity from the aroma, probably thanks to the rose yeast! The sweetness and fluffy mouthfeel is not heavy, and the alcohol content is low, making it easy for women to drink! It's hard to tell the difference between yeasts, but I can tell with this one! I think... lol

Wakakoma Omachi 90 Nama Sake, raw raw sake without filtration, 90% polished rice I had never tasted a sake made with 90% polished rice, and I was excited to see what kind of taste it would have! One sip and it was very juicy! It had a fruity and delicious flavor that you would not expect from a 90% sake, and it was wonderful! Eiko Fuji Hinowa Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Tsuyahime Sake Degree -3 I've heard a lot about Eikoufuji recently. It's been a long time since I've had it. It is very fruity and sweet! It is as good as its reputation! I think it's a bit bitter and alcoholic along with the sweetness, and I think it's a bit rough for me. I think the taste of Eikoufuji is a taste that can be liked or disliked! This in itself was a great sake with good cosmetics!
