Kirinzan Nagori Yuki Nigori Sake I wanted to try Kirinzan, and this time I went for nigori (cloudy). It is quite nigori-yuki, about half of it is nigori-yuki, which makes it thicker. It was easy to drink and opened in two days. The balance of sweetness and spiciness was perfect and very delicious! There are a lot of nigori parts, but it is not too sweet and I finished it!

Koshinotaka Junmai Ginjo Sakahomare Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of this wine, so I borrowed it from the Internet. It tastes sweet and delicious when you drink it. The aroma also has a full-bodied fragrance like that of sake from a barrel. I like it very much! It doesn't have the feel of Fukui sake, which may be unusual. If you like sweet sake, I recommend it! Rice used: Sakahomare Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15%.

Shinshin Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Shinshin is a fruity Omachi, and I enjoy it very much! This time I was curious about the rice, Akihikari, so I wondered what kind of flavor it would have! The taste of rice is strong and lingers in the aroma and on the tongue. It is very easy to drink as a pure sake! It is delicious ......, but I feel that the rice used for food is not as good as it should be, and I think rice used for sake is better!

Oze no Yukidoke Shungin Junmai Daiginjo I especially like the Oze series and buy it whenever I see it... Again, the aroma is fruity and the freshness of the raw sake makes it easy to drink! Oze is sweet, but not too sweet at the end of the bottle... I think it is particular about the sharpness at the end... lol Always delicious, I'd like to try another one!

Stable and tasty I buy the first pressing once a year every time! This year's is even more refreshing than usual, with a deliciously dry aftertaste and almost no acidity. Chivalrous, mate, and a bit of a motley crew. 13-14% alc. I love chivalry, so I was looking forward to having this one! It has a fluffy aroma like a barrel sake, not too sweet, and a fresh mouthfeel, as it has been laid down since 20.08. It has a fresh mouthfeel that disappears quickly, which is possible because it is made from Yamada-Nishiki! It is still delicious! It is also good as a low-alcohol sake, so I think it is recommended for women.

Morinokura Junmai Ginjo I've never had much sake from Kurume, Fukuoka, so I'm looking forward to it! This is my first time to try Yume Issho sake rice, and I found out that it is a major sake rice in that part of Japan! The aroma is high, pineapple-like and fruity! The aftertaste is light but firm, and I think I know what Yume Issho tastes like! It's rather dry, but exquisitely delicious...

Nishibori Brewery, Pancé Series, Vital Described as chic and dry, but it's also amazing how fruity it is here at +7. Youthful fruity aroma. The sweetness and crispness are typical of daiginjos. After the sweetness, there is a hint of sourness and bitterness like grapefruit. Very much to my liking, even as a sweet lover, I'd buy it again!

Iwanoi Iwase Sake Brewery Chiba Prefecture Miyamanishiki The first Iwanoi I drank I don't often drink Miyamanishiki, but this unfiltered, unpasteurized sake is very clear and refreshing. It has a little bit of the alcohol taste of the original sake, but the transparency makes it easy to drink. The spicy aftertaste with a strong rice flavor makes it a delicious sake that can be served with a meal or on its own.

Ippongi Shiboritate Shinshu Sake from Fukui is very popular these days! The aroma is always strong with alcohol, but there is no gasiness or fermentation at all, and it is clean, clear and delicious! It has a fruity flavor that makes it easy to drink for anyone, and I thought it was a wonderful sake that goes well with meals!

Mifuku Shuzo Nama Moto Junmai I bought it because I wanted to drink Nama Moto (the kanji for Moto doesn't appear...) Compared to the regular one, it has a stronger sense of rice and fermentation. I'm not sure if I can tell the difference yet.

Akabu newbone Junmai-shu I usually love Akabu's brand. I had never had a newbone before, so I was looking forward to drinking it! I think it is more fruity and sweeter than the regular Akabu Junmai Ginjo. The Junmai flavor has less bitterness in the aftertaste, and it seems to be sweeter anyway. I like it very much! Highly recommended for those who like sweet, not recommended for those who like spicy...

The price is a steal at 1,650 yen for a bottle of rice that is 60% polished rice and made with out-of-quality rice! I thought the taste was so-so...but after a little time after opening the bottle, it became rounder and mellower in the mouth! It was a good value and satisfying for everyday drinking ✨.
