Kangiku ture Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Super Limited Non-filtered Nama-shu It is delicious! That's the only word I can say to describe it! Raifuku Junmai-shu Hachitanwata 60 Taste-wise Although it has a hint of acidity while retaining a fruity feel. delicious with the traditional flavor described on the back. Takaraiya Omachi Junmai Ginjo Namaemoto We enjoyed drinking at night with a gift from Kyushu! The fruity flavor that spreads out in the mouth is only possible with Omachi, and it is delicious! Sake from Kyushu is not overly sweet, but has a fruity taste in common. I like the fact that I never get tired of drinking it! It is delicious again, and is excellent as a food sake! You don't see it very often in the Kanto area, so if you see it, you should definitely buy it!

Teisho Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu I was curious about it in my hometown, Saitama. It is a safe food sake, and the flavor is new to me as it is made from Sai-no-Kagayaki sake rice! If you like spiciness, give it a try, It's not too bad, but not too bad at all.

Kirinzan Nagori Yuki Nigori Sake I wanted to try Kirinzan, and this time I went for nigori (cloudy). It is quite nigori-yuki, about half of it is nigori-yuki, which makes it thicker. It was easy to drink and opened in two days. The balance of sweetness and spiciness was perfect and very delicious! There are a lot of nigori parts, but it is not too sweet and I finished it!

Koshinotaka Junmai Ginjo Sakahomare Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of this wine, so I borrowed it from the Internet. It tastes sweet and delicious when you drink it. The aroma also has a full-bodied fragrance like that of sake from a barrel. I like it very much! It doesn't have the feel of Fukui sake, which may be unusual. If you like sweet sake, I recommend it! Rice used: Sakahomare Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol: 15%.
