First time to drink Kawakame, with a sake degree of +1.
The taste is heavy and heavy, and the aftertaste is round with a hint of alcohol.

KAGIYA Unfiltered Junmai Ginjo Nama-no-Ginjo
Sake rice Matsuyama-Mitsui, Black Label 50%.
I enjoyed another Kagiya sake, but this one was even better!
The soft mouthfeel gives a sense of freshness, and although it is an unfiltered, unfiltered sake, the alcohol is not strong and it is very mellow and nicely balanced!
I would like to repeat it again, it's delicious!

Every time I think it's good, but it's really good!

I wanted to drink Kyushu's sake, so I bought the increasingly popular Rokujyosu for my friend on a trip to Kyushu!
