Very stylish from the label... can't wait to see what it looks like!
When I opened it, the aroma was lactobacillus type, and the cloudy white color remained like lees!
It tasted like a white wine, and if I hadn't been told, I would have classified it as a white wine!
I think there was a Niimasa with a similar flavor, but I forgot...
I think it might be for women who don't like Sake, it's more of a food sake that can be paired with various meals!
