Mutsu Hachisen Junmai Ginjo Hiyakioroshi, orange label
This was my first hiyaoroshi from Mutsu, so I bought it right away!
It was easy to drink with the light mellowness and aroma of hiyaoroshi!
I think Mutsu is characterized by its freshness, so I think I prefer it not to be hiyaoroshi this time!
