Mizuo Dry Sake Hitogokochi Polishing rice Kake rice 70% Koji rice 59 I bought it at a store in Nagano for a limited one bottle per person offer. It was a jackpot, the best I've ever had! It is a so-called sake, but it is 100% Hitogochiki, which means it is made in Nagano, so the taste is full, round and delicious! The taste is full, round and delicious!

Kaiun Doi Shuzojo Akaban Omachi Nigori sake 55% unfiltered I wanted to try Kaiun. There are many varieties, but I chose my favorite, Omachi, and although I didn't compare them, this was delicious! It is nigori, but has a very good bubbling (almost none on the second day), very fruity and to my liking! Good souvenir for a friend, and good value for money! I would buy it again!

Shoshu Shichiken Junmai Namaishu 70% Shichiken's Shichiken series, limited to new breweries during the new sake season It is easy to buy at a reasonable price, and the fact that it is a pure sake gives it a clean and fruity taste. This one is a little spicier with more acidity than the Takayasu, but I'm tired of drinking fruity sake these days (luxury), so I like to drink it occasionally. I think my taste has changed to slightly dry.

Tanushimaru Junmai Ginjo Wakatakeya Sake Brewery, 60% polished rice This is my first drink. The flavor is particularly sharp and gradually deepens. The back of the bottle says it has a high quality acidity, but I don't think it has much acidity, bitterness or alcohol... Personally, I'd like to see a little more sweetness... I would like to try another brand from this brewery. I feel it has potential for the future.

Kitajima Sake Brewing - Undiluted MIZUKAGAMI Nama First Kitajima recommended at the store. To be honest, I had never heard of it, but... Delicious, fruity and full of juiciness✨ The flavor is a bit thicker, but it has a mellowness to it that keeps you coming back for more! Asamai Shuzo Amado Junmai Ginjo Land of Water Nama 55% Miyamanishiki The first Amado, a summer sake with a refreshing label! The acidity is moderate and the Miyamanishiki flavor comes through well. It is easy to drink, perhaps because it has no corners, and the overall taste is round. It has no strong characteristics, but it is a delicious sake that can be served at the dinner table or as a stand-alone sake.

kawabu brewery Junmai Namaishu Undiluted 65 This is the first KAWABU that was recommended to me. I had never heard of it before. I took a sip and really liked the taste! I was so surprised at how delicious it was that I immediately went out and bought a second bottle two days later! Fruity and juicy melon flavor! A good balance of sweetness and astringency, similar to a hana-yori. The aftertaste was very sharp and great! 1570 yen for this taste? Too cosy✨I felt it was wonderful! I will repeat again!

Oze Snowdrift Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo 50%. For the trouble...standard Oze Fruity and juicy on the palate, with a delicious Oze-like flavor that is just like an Omachi! The bitterness in the aftertaste is so refreshing that it's hard to find the right moment to quit... you can drink it in gulps! It is always the best!

YAMORI Junmai Nakadori Nama Polishing 55 I've heard a lot about it recently, so I wanted to try it. I like that I can buy it at Shinjuku Depa Basement. It's also as good as expected, not too sweet with a nice lingering bitterness, very fruity! I recommend it to those who like Kangiku and Oze 😋. This one is also cosy... I want to buy it again!
