Kisenju Ryou Nara Toyosawa Shuzo
Brewing alcohol 35
I drank it because it was the first brewery for 1,540 yen.
Well, it's about the same. I don't think I'll have it next time.
Higashi-no-Roku Sake Brewery Polishing rice 50 (out-of-spec rice)
First time brewer, purchased on recommendation
I think there are more and more breweries that use out-of-spec rice for polishing, but I haven't been able to find a good one yet...
However, this one is delicious!
I like it, but I wonder where I can find it.
Shuten Doji Hyotan Karakoma Nama Nama Sake
50% Magaki, 100% Yamadanishiki
Hakurei Sake Brewery This is my first time drinking it.
The price is about 2,800 yen, which is a bargain for the standard, and it is said to be made from unqualified rice!
I bought it immediately because the previous out-of-order rice, Crap Star, from Yamanashi was too delicious!
Personally, it has a fruity sweetness, but I don't think I will drink it next time because I didn't like the taste!
But it's good for the price and easy to drink. ✨️
Tasyu Tokubetsu Junmai
It has been a while since I have had Tasake, but I was surprised at how good it tastes after a long time!
Of course it was good before, but I think it has become more fruity!
I want to drink it again in the future.
Li Bai Li Bai Shuzo Special Junmai
I had never heard of this brand before, and it was recommended to me.
It was very tasty and fruity!
I would like to try another brand, and I am curious to see what the future holds for this sake brewery.
1870
Atago no matsu Honjozo
It has a strong dry taste! It is normally delicious, and you can drink it with a gulp!
I like fruity ones, but it's so satisfying (cosmetically) that I don't know what I like...
It was too good value for money at about 2200 yen...
1st - Brewing: Amego, Atago, Mizuo, Tianqing
Moon after rain New Moon
We decided to find a sake that we like among junmai and honjozo sake, and so far we have ranked it first!
Amego 2420 is too cosy
Mizuo 2190 is in second place
Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Nama Low 13% alcohol
I prefer Kame no Kai to the year-round type I had before.
I think most of the low alcohol types have a similar fruity taste, like apples with a sourness.
Murayu Junmai Daiginjo
The previous Murasuke was Junmai, so we compared the two.
This one is also made with wasanbon (Japanese sugar), or is it? It tastes elegant but too sweet...
The next day and every day after that, I drank it with a sake cup, and after a week, it became easier to drink as it lost its sweetness.
I honestly think many people don't like it if they only taste it for one day. I thought it would be better to drink it while enjoying the change little by little every day 🤔.
Ding Tokubetsu Junmai Unfiltered and Hiiryuu Polishing rice 59%.
The first time I saw Ding's Special Junmai
This is a sake that can be easily enjoyed at room temperature, and we had a little bit of it every day!
It's not very glamorous, but I could enjoy it for a long time among the special junmai.
Buy it if you can find it!
Mizuo Dry Sake
Hitogokochi Polishing rice Kake rice 70% Koji rice 59
I bought it at a store in Nagano for a limited one bottle per person offer.
It was a jackpot, the best I've ever had!
It is a so-called sake, but it is 100% Hitogochiki, which means it is made in Nagano, so the taste is full, round and delicious!
The taste is full, round and delicious!
Kaiun Doi Shuzojo Akaban Omachi
Nigori sake 55% unfiltered
I wanted to try Kaiun.
There are many varieties, but I chose my favorite, Omachi, and although I didn't compare them, this was delicious!
It is nigori, but has a very good bubbling (almost none on the second day), very fruity and to my liking!
Good souvenir for a friend, and good value for money!
I would buy it again!
Suiro Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo
Miyamanishiki 59% unfiltered raw sake
The first Maaihime's Suiro.
Not so distinctive, but delicious!
The first one I bought from the brewer should not be unfiltered draft.
Shoshu Shichiken Junmai Namaishu 70%
Shichiken's Shichiken series, limited to new breweries during the new sake season
It is easy to buy at a reasonable price, and the fact that it is a pure sake gives it a clean and fruity taste.
This one is a little spicier with more acidity than the Takayasu, but I'm tired of drinking fruity sake these days (luxury), so I like to drink it occasionally.
I think my taste has changed to slightly dry.
Shichiken Hikasu Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu 57%.
Nanaken's Nanaken series, limited to new breweries during the new sake season
Thank goodness it's easy to purchase at a reasonable price.
This next one will be much more expensive.
There are many Shichiken brands that I like, but this one is also very fruity and very tasty!
I hope to drink it again next year!
Hououmida Hongin Namazume 55
Already a candidate for this year's Cospa winner...
It's delicious and cheap enough to drink every day!
But unfortunately I can't do that due to my health...
I think I like it a little better than Masamune...
Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo 50%
Light Nigori Nama-zake
I drank Oze's pink Junmai Daiginjo at the end of the year, but I prefer this light nigori for its freshness.
This light nigori may be the most outstanding among Oze's.
Kagutsu Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai
Polishing 60% Yume-no-Ko Alcohol 12
The classic Gakki Masamune.
Low alcohol is expected as it is the first time!
You can drink it gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly, gulpingly. Dangerously delicious. ✨️
The highest fruity, less bitterness, less alcohol, very easy to drink and delicious!
I will definitely repeat it again!
Houou Mita Mikumari Junmai Daiginjo
Tochigi Prefecture rice 50% polished rice
It has been a long time since we have had a Houou, Junmai Daiginjo, so we expected it to be delicious!
First of all, I was surprised by the slight bubbles, and the fruity taste was of the highest rank, so I could drink it as much as I wanted... delicious!
The second and third days, when the slight bubbles become weaker, the Daiginjo's deliciousness, especially the strong aroma, the sweetness like muscat and the clean aftertaste is also delicious!
I was very impressed with the taste for the price, and I will repeat it again!
Hello, Yamanashi ponzu lover!
Mikumari is really impressive delicious ⤴️
I had some the other day and it was really too good ✨.
I wish more people could drink it 😊.
