Hirotogawa Special Junmai Matsuzaki Shuzo Brewery 55 Hirotogawa after a long time! It has become popular recently! It's a reasonably priced special junmai, but it's calm and delicious! You can drink it forever, and I'm sure you'll come back for more! I've never had anything other than Toku Junmai. I'd like to try the others!

Tanushimaru Junmai Ginjo Wakatakeya Sake Brewery, 60% polished rice This is my first drink. The flavor is particularly sharp and gradually deepens. The back of the bottle says it has a high quality acidity, but I don't think it has much acidity, bitterness or alcohol... Personally, I'd like to see a little more sweetness... I would like to try another brand from this brewery. I feel it has potential for the future.

Kitajima Sake Brewing - Undiluted MIZUKAGAMI Nama First Kitajima recommended at the store. To be honest, I had never heard of it, but... Delicious, fruity and full of juiciness✨ The flavor is a bit thicker, but it has a mellowness to it that keeps you coming back for more! The price is so reasonable that I thought it would be a great buy. I added it to my list of brands to buy as soon as I found it: ☀️

Asamai Shuzo Amado Junmai Ginjo Land of Water Nama 55% Miyamanishiki The first Amado, a summer sake with a refreshing label! The acidity is moderate and the Miyamanishiki flavor comes through well. It is easy to drink, perhaps because it has no corners, and the overall taste is round. It has no strong characteristics, but it is a delicious sake that can be served at the dinner table or as a stand-alone sake.

kawabu brewery Junmai Namaishu Undiluted 65 This is the first KAWABU that was recommended to me. I had never heard of it before. I took a sip and really liked the taste! I was so surprised at how delicious it was that I immediately went out and bought a second bottle two days later! Fruity and juicy melon flavor! A good balance of sweetness and astringency, similar to a hana-yori. The aftertaste was very sharp and great! 1570 yen for this taste? Too cosy✨I felt it was wonderful! I will repeat again!

Oze Snowdrift Bizen Omachi Junmai Daiginjo 50%. For the trouble...standard Oze Fruity and juicy on the palate, with a delicious Oze-like flavor that is just like an Omachi! The bitterness in the aftertaste is so refreshing that it's hard to find the right moment to quit... you can drink it in gulps! It is always the best!

YAMORI Junmai Nakadori Nama Polishing 55 I've heard a lot about it recently, so I wanted to try it. I like that I can buy it at Shinjuku Depa Basement. It's also as good as expected, not too sweet with a nice lingering bitterness, very fruity! I recommend it to those who like Kangiku and Oze 😋. This one is also cosy... I want to buy it again!

Chiyotsuru Tokusen Nama Sake 60 Chiyotsuru Shuzo I first saw Chiyotsuru recommended by a person in Toyama, so I bought it immediately! It's delicious and really wonderful! It is so carefully brewed that you would think this is a 60% honjozo, and I think it brings out the roundness and deliciousness. This is for those who want a fruity taste and don't like sourness or bitterness ✨.

Shangiku Aizan 50 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Kangiku after a long time, Kangiku after all! I always think, "No one is out of place in Kangiku! The taste of Kangiku is fruity and anyone can drink it, and it keeps its sharpness at the end of drinking. It is suitable for a toast or an aperitif. It may be too sweet, but it's just right for drinking 1 gou of sake.

Eikofuji Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Akebono-Yuki ORIGARUMI Haenuki Sake degree -18 I bought this sake because it was a rare ogirami (so white you'd think it was a cloudy sake). The sweetness and bitterness are exquisite, and I didn't expect to be able to taste them at this price..! If you like cloudy sake, this is a must buy!

Niidashi Zenju KANTARASUE Polishing 80% old sake Koshu lineage The difference between old and new sake is the roundness and drinkability, and I still don't understand the depth of old sake. It is also called "Kanatsurae" (燗注誂), which means it is delicious hot! I'm getting used to the taste of koshu, and by the time I finish a bottle, I find it's better to drink it cold and sipping it.

The taste is fruity and tasteful, as always, with a good price, The rice used to make Watafune No. 2 has a flavor similar to that of the previous Tasyu! Murasakyu Namaishu Junmai Ginjo Heart Label 55% Gin Ginga Murasakyuu, a wonderful name that I have heard from time to time recently! The first day after opening the bottle, it was fruity, juicy and delicious! The second day, it has a little bitterness, but it's also very smooth and easy to drink! This is a good one ✨ The soft mouthfeel is like a heart label (I've never had anything else like it). Also, the heart label is cute and would make a great souvenir! I would definitely buy the other labels if they sell them!

NAGARE Kasumi Junmai Daiginjo 100% Yamadanishiki The aroma is good. One sip and it's old sake? I was surprised because it was a little expensive, but to be honest, it is better lukewarm than cold. The alcohol content is moderate and the old sake-like taste is not that strong, so it is very mild. You will not get tired of drinking it. But unfortunately, the cost is not so good 💦.

Nanbu Bijin Junmai Ginjo Namaishu Oh, very fruity! I was surprised by the strong sweet flavor because I didn't have an image of a very fruity aroma. It's so good, it's a shame I opened it so casually... I want to bring it back as a souvenir! This is indeed a popular brewery!
