Shuten Doji Hyotan Karakoma Nama Nama Sake 50% Magaki, 100% Yamadanishiki Hakurei Sake Brewery This is my first time drinking it. The price is about 2,800 yen, which is a bargain for the standard, and it is said to be made from unqualified rice! I bought it immediately because the previous out-of-order rice, Crap Star, from Yamanashi was too delicious! Personally, it has a fruity sweetness, but I don't think I will drink it next time because I didn't like the taste! But it's good for the price and easy to drink. ✨️

Murayu Junmai Daiginjo The previous Murasuke was Junmai, so we compared the two. This one is also made with wasanbon (Japanese sugar), or is it? It tastes elegant but too sweet... The next day and every day after that, I drank it with a sake cup, and after a week, it became easier to drink as it lost its sweetness. Kaiun Doi Shuzojo Akaban Omachi Nigori sake 55% unfiltered I wanted to try Kaiun. There are many varieties, but I chose my favorite, Omachi, and although I didn't compare them, this was delicious!
