When I opened it I thought it was gorgeous,
But when I drank it a couple of days later, did it calm down? I think my impression changed.
Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewery Festival.
The seller was from Kyoto and let us taste it until the last minute.
It's interesting that it goes out of its way to say that the Indigo Blue is because the brewer only wears indigo, and has nothing to do with the quality of the sake. Come to think of it, I haven't commented on the taste...
I heard that it is served during the Kuramoto Festival, and since there was no festival last year and this year, I heard that it is available.
I heard that it is not sold when there is a festival.
It was the last bottle or something, but I'm glad I bought it.
It's hard to find such a delicious sake for everyday drinking.
If you see it, there is no way not to buy it.
