The strength of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth and the sweetness is moderate. The acidity is strong and the flavor is low. The acidity lingers for a little longer. A refreshing sake.
Clear with a slight yellowish tinge. Gorgeous, slightly heavy aroma reminiscent of flowers. The intensity of the aroma is rather strong. The mouthfeel is sweet, sour and rich. In the latter half, sourness, bitterness and astringency come together to create a heavy mouthfeel. It is both a fragrant sake and a mellow sake.
