The first hiyaoroshi of the year. I drank it with a dish of delicate flavor that could be found in a kaiseki dish. I love the taste absurdly! Levels of happiness that just explode! Thank you!

I like it very much because it has a moderate acidity and umami flavor that goes well with everything, including rice, side dishes, and snacks. It was a brand of sake rice that I was unaware of due to my lack of study, but there are so many different kinds of sake rice. It is wonderful.

I ordered it because of the too cute label. It is said to be the last in the series. It is easy to drink and has the flavor of rice. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but I feel that it does not lose out even with strong flavored food.

It's interesting that it goes out of its way to say that the Indigo Blue is because the brewer only wears indigo, and has nothing to do with the quality of the sake. Come to think of it, I haven't commented on the taste...
