Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉛ Here's the last one just before the end of the event! I know it's delicious, but you can't always buy it at many stores because of the spot delivery via wholesalers. Yamae-Nishiki 90%, Hime no Mochi from Nagano 10%, Polishing ratio 59%, Alcohol 13%. I looked up the specs on the net 😅 because the data is wrong. I think the Yamae Nishiki from the net info is correct 🤔. Sweet, low al and light drinking. The acidity was pleasant. I'd love to drink this at home! Nemuchi-san asked the brewery why they didn't participate in the traveling SAKE event the other day, and they told us the story behind the event 😌 I was surprised at how hard it is to participate in such an event! Finally, the brewery is holding a project called "59 sake" for brewers who were born between 59 and 60 years old, so I appealed to them that we are classmates 😁. The winner of this event was Yokoyama. Nemuchi asked me which one was the best at the event and I said Machida, but later on I was impressed with Matsunotsuyuumachi and Sanzenzakura Normal Sake Naokumi! It's a shame that the ambulance had to come even though we had taken measures to make the rounds for supplements and water to drink as well 😥. No drunkenness in front of God 🚫.

According to Nemuchi's information, he also drank some Ten Stone, but I didn't take a picture of it and forgot that he drank it 🤣. I remember talking to the toji and the salesman 💦.

bouken thanks for your 31 reviews😊. It's really great that you can remember and write so well ✨I enjoyed reading 🎶. It's interesting to see so many different warehouses participating, I hope to go next year 😆.

Thank you, Ponchan 🙇. I took a lot of notes this time 😁. I think it will be fun next year as well since the participating warehouses seem to be different every year 😆. Tedorigawa had to cancel their participation due to the earthquake 😥.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉚ I know it's delicious, but I don't buy it often. Oita Yamadanishiki, 70% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume Gentle effervescence, melon-like sweetness, and milky acidity. After all, Chiebijin is not a miss either!

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉙ I think I drank the Yamanoi before the Shiraoi in the order I took the pictures 💦 I think I drank the Yamanoi before the Shiraoi 😅. I think Neemuchi and I visited the same brewery again! Yamanoi is rarely drunk because there are only a few places that sell it. I've only seen it at the Fukushima antenna store in Umeda or at Sukumasa! I drank Yamanoi 40 Yume no Aroma It is a sake for the sake competition and not for sale. It was beautifully sweet and delicious! The pattern on the upper right and lower left seems to be the mark of daiginjo. The Jun Daiginjo I drank in the past also had the same pattern. Yamanoi Shiro Orikagarami Nama Polishing ratio 60%, sake rice and sake level not disclosed, alcohol 15%. It was sweet and juicy and delicious. It was sweet and juicy, and even if you wanted it, you could not buy it...

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉘ While I was in Shiraoi, Nemuchi-san was on his way here. I've had Kakuemon before, but this was my first time to try Fukukomachi. And it was a Junmai Daiginjo made with rare rice Ichihozumi😳. Rice polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree +0.5, Alcohol 15.5 Fruity but with a bitter and elegant taste! I checked and it seems they use 1801 yeast!

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉗ Since there was only a short time left, we decided to choose one sake from each brewery separately to share! Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -1, Alcohol 18%. It has a gaseous taste and is sweet and delicious. I liked it better than the Shiraoi I've had in the past. I might buy it again if I have a chance.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉖ Yosamusume is not often seen even though I live in Kansai. I sometimes see it in Kyoto. I drank Midori-no-kaze Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Harashu I drank so many in quick succession at the end of the day that my memory is a little fuzzy, but I think I had this one 💦. Yamadanishiki from Kyoto, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 17%. I thought it was a sweet, fruity, and delicious sake. Shiboritate wine yeast special junmai unfiltered unpasteurized sake Koshihikari rice from Yosano town, 60% polished rice, Sake meter degree -17, Alcohol 13%. I thought I had drunk the same one in the past, but it was a different yeast 😅. It is sweet and sour and delicious. It was easier to drink than the 1801 yeast I drank before. I wonder why Yosamusume is only available in 500ml bottles? Is it to keep the price down?

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉕ Speaking of Niida, it's all about 🐸, isn't it? I don't really like frogs, but when I was a kid, Sanrio's Kerokerokeroppi was all the rage, and all the gym uniform bags and school lunch bags were 🐸. 🐸🐸🐸🐸 Here's another Niida who doesn't drink much these days I have the impression that there's a big difference between the ones I like and the ones I don't, which makes it hard to buy. I drank Odayaka Sparkling TOYONISHIKI, 70% polished rice, 12% alcohol This sake is made by fermenting freshly squeezed sake in the bottle. It is dry, shriveled, and champagne-like 🥂. The sweetness and refreshing acidity are impressive! Shimizu Odayaka Junmai Ginjyo Ususu Nigori Nama-shu Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, Sake degree 15.5 The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of peaches. It is as sparkling as a sparkling wine. Refreshing with a good balance of sweet and sour. Well, I've never had a sake like this before because I've only had Niidashi Sanshu...

Junmai light nigori nama sake I've had it in the past and it's still as good as ever. I think the balance is really good. Versatile enough to drink by itself or with food.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉓ Sanzen Sakura, a company that seems to have taken root in Hokkaido. I found out later that the guy in the booth was the president of the company 😅. We drank Normal sake R class direct draft raw sake Nanatsuboshi, Polishing ratio 65%, Alcohol 16%. Sake made from Nanatsuboshi is rare, isn't it? The pamphlet given at the event mentioned that they also use comet, but when I searched, only Nanatsuboshi came up 🤔. The fire-brewed version of this was sold for about 1300 yen, so this one should be about the same. I think it's a very good cospa 🤔It's fresh, sweet and tasty. It tastes so good you would never think it was aluzo-sweetened. Junmai Daiginjo Comet 45 Naokumi Nama Sake Alcohol 16%. This is also sweet, gorgeous, fruity, and extremely delicious! I know it's delicious, but there are only a few stores that carry it and it's far away, so I haven't been able to buy it.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉒ There are places that sell this sake, but I don't have much of a chance to drink it. I wonder if the brewery's connection to Symbol Rudolph and the Uma Musume effect are making it sell better than before? I drank the following Shichikanma Junmai Daiginjo Sakonishiki, Polishing ratio 40%, Sake degree +2, Alcohol 17%. I checked to see if it would be expensive to buy, and was told that the price is 3300 for a 4-goupe bottle. Shichikanma Junmai Haru Nagomi Seven En no Mai, Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 16%. Well, it was too clear and not quite right. Subtle... I think there are many spring sake that I can't get into 🤔.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix 21 Toyonou Ume, which has been attracting a lot of attention recently due to the influence of the crazy salad pavilion. I drank Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu Matsuyama Mitsui, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +2, Alcohol 16%. It is delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I think only Saladokan carries Toyonoumai's nama-zake 🤔I think Ikari Supermarket carries the fire-brewed version. Ito wo okashi junmai ginjo katsudo usun nigori Tachiharuka (don't know the rice 😳), 60% polished rice, -10% sake, 14% alcohol. Sake made with CEL-24 yeast. I haven't had it in a while 😋. It's shwitty, pineapple sweet and tasty, with a refreshing acidity. It's a 500ml bottle, so it's the kind of sake I'd drink at home 🤣.

Junmai Daiginjo Princess Michiko Yamadanishiki, 40% polished rice, -10% sake, 15% alcohol by volume Sake made with rose yeast isolated from Princess Michiko. It is gorgeous, sweet and delicious. I usually don't buy it because it's too expensive, but it's delicious! Junmai Ginjyo SILVER7 Hi-ire Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio: 50% for Koji rice, 55% for Kake rice, Sake meter rating: -5 It is sweet and delicious. Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix⑱ Hagi-no-Tsuru, which I haven't had for a while recently. It's not like they have it anywhere and anytime, but when I want to drink it, they don't have it 🤔... I drank Hiwada - Junmai Junmai Nama-no-Hashimoto Gin no Iroha, Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +3, Alcohol 16%. Delicious with sweet and sour taste. Is it a sake with a light nigori taste? I think I have never had a light nigori type sake before. Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjyo Separately brewed Nama-shu Sakura Cat Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree -2, Alcohol 15%. The only mention of the sake rice is that it is domestic. I wonder if they would have told me if I asked. This is my first Sakura Neko. It is sweet and tasty. The cat label is not a miss.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix⑭ As at last year's event at the Hankyu Department Store, the head brewer of the brewery was also there. He seemed easy to talk to, unlike the atmosphere at the Hankyu event where it was difficult to talk to him. It was like meeting a celebrity at this event. We drank Aizan - Unpressurized, unfiltered, raw sake Polishing ratio 90 The impression I had when I drank it at home before was the same as the Aizan style. Omachi unpressed, unfiltered, raw sake Also 90% polished rice. Juicy with a muscat flavor. It may be one of the best Wakakoma wines!
