Sake from Miyagi Prefecture Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori Nama-shu This is my favorite Miyakanbai. The aroma is so mellow that you would think it was Houou Mita. When you put it in your mouth, the umami and sweetness spread at once, and a little bit of acidity refreshes the aftertaste. Everything is elegant, so it is easy to drink. Aomori Sake Tazake Kojo-zake This is the most popular Kijo-zake among Tazake. This is the first time for me to drink kijoshu itself. As a lover of sweet and tasty sake, I felt obliged to drink it. I had actually gone to buy a bottle of Tasake's light nigori, but I bought the last remaining bottle of kijoshu. It was so sweet that when I put it in my mouth, I could not help but exclaim, "Sweet! Sake from Fukushima Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake Nama Bottle I finally bought a bottle of sake. Now I have two Yongo bottles, one Ichimasu bottle, and one more Yongo bottle that I haven't drunk yet. It was delicious again this year. It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, and is suitable for both drinking on its own and as a mid-meal drink. Recently it has become so popular that it is difficult to buy it, but I am grateful that there is a special distributor near me. As far as I can get, Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake and Urasato Usu Nigori are the best. The Urasato Usunigori was sold out in the blink of an eye even in my hometown. Degree of liking 10/10

Sake from Chiba, Japan Denshokiku Yamadanishiki 50 Super Limited Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Denshogiku is very popular. Compared to last year, it has become more difficult to obtain. It is lucky to be able to buy it with Oorigarami. It is a gently sweet-tasting sake with little acidity. Compared to ogara-mi, this one is more refreshing and suitable as a food sake. Akita Sake Hanamup Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, the highest grade of Hanamai, brewed by Ryoseki Shuzo. Hanamup's Junmai Daiginjo is made from Aizan and Yamadanishiki sake rice. This Yamada-Nishiki is also very hard to find and can only be purchased in a bundle. The quality of this sake is similar to that of Jyushiyo, but I think this one is more gorgeous. Compared to the Hanayu Aizan Junmai Daiginjo we had a while ago, this one was more refined and had less bitterness and acidity. So, I compared the two drinks, and I am not sure how good they both are, but they are both great tasting. Degree of liking 10/10

Nara Sake Mimuro-sugi Junmai-ginjo Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu ORIGARUMI Mimuro-sugi is hard to buy in Ibaraki. I was finally able to purchase it. I love Kaze no Mori from Nara Prefecture, so I had high expectations for Mimuro Sugi, but it is still delicious. The rice is milled to 60% and the alcohol content is 13%. It has a fresh sweetness without any cloying taste, which is cut off by a little acidity. I think it is similar to Hiran, but I think this one is fresher. I would like to try the normal Namimuro Sugi which is not orikara-mi. Degree of liking 10/10

Ishikawa Sake Tetorikawa Shiraju Junmai Nigori Sake This is the nigori sake of Tedorigawa. I am glad to be able to drink it because I could not buy it last year. I know several liquor stores that sell Tedorigawa, but this Hakusyu is the only one that is hard to find. Is it because of its small number or its popularity? When I drank it, I found that it has a delicious fresh sweetness from the fermentation in the bottle. Sake from Yamaguchi Amami Shinshu Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Tenbi is hard to find in Ibaraki. I bought it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop Gransta in Tokyo Station. The aroma is of sweet and sour fruits. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and sourness spreads as it smells. The sweet and sourness disappears without any change. This feeling is similar to Kameizumi CEL24, but the sweet and sourness of Tenbi is more beautiful. Degree of liking 8/10

Sake from Saitama, Japan HANAYOSHIYUKU Junmai Ginjo Hachitan-Nishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu HANAYOSHIYUKU is a very gorgeous, sweet and delicious sake, and is famous as a hard-to-find sake. The aroma is gorgeous, but when you open the bottle and take a sip, the sourness and bitterness are stronger than the sweetness. After a few days of storage, it mellows out and sweetness emerges. Sake in Chiba Kangiku Denshogiku ORIGARUMI Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Denshogiku is the most popular sake of Sono Shangiku. Since I have had the orikara without orikara, I tried the orikara this time. It has a gentle sweetness and umami that is typical of Sono Shangiku. It has a gentle sweetness and umami that is typical of Sono Kangiku, and I feel that this is doubled compared to other Sono Kangiku. In short, it is delicious. Kochi Sake Kameizumi Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake CEL-24 Kameizumi CEL-24 was the first sake I tried this year and immediately became my favorite. When I was looking for it, I found that I could buy it at a nearby liquor store, and I was overjoyed. There was also a rarely seen bottle of sake. Now if only there was a liquor store in Mito that carried Eiko Fuji and Sono Kangiku, it would be perfect. Sake that is gorgeous, sweet and sour is often called pineapple-like, and this sake is exactly like pineapple juice.
