Akita Sake
Suitama Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
This sake is produced by Ryoseki Shuzo, the brewer of Hanayu. Suitama means emerald. When you drink it, the mellow aroma is followed by a light sweetness and acidity that quickly fades away. Compared to Hana Yuu, this one is lighter. Compared to other sakes, it is easy to drink and tasty, but the problem is that if you find Suiyu and Hana Yuu in a liquor store, you will buy Hana Yuu. However, Sui-yu has a four-pack bottle, so it is easy to give as a gift.

Good evening, nenemu!
Suiyu is delicious 😋.
My friend gave it to me as a gift a few years ago and I was hooked 😁✨.
I'd love to compare the different types of sake rice they have now 😊.
