Tasake Junmai Ginjo Comet
This sake is made from "Comet" sake rice produced in Hokkaido. The bottle is bright red and the name "Comet" reminds me of Char from Gundam.
The aroma is slightly sweet, but the taste is crisp, and it disappears quickly, just like a summer sake. It may taste even better as a food sake.
