HANA-YOUKAKU OMACHI Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
We let last year's Hana-Abi sit in the refrigerator for a year. I feel that the bitterness at the end of the bottle, which is present in other Hana-Abi, has calmed down. It seems mellower than the Hachitan-nishiki I drank before, which may be due to the fact that I let it sit in the refrigerator for a year. It might be better to separate the evaluation of HANAHEIKOU from that of ORIGARA or PREMIUM.
