I was really looking forward to this one as I enjoyed the flamed blue label 😊. Very fruity when opened! It has a sweet and sour taste like muscat or grape. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it will be great. After 5 days of opening the bottle, the flavors have settled down, but it's still just right for pairing with rice! Both of these are delicious and I hope to continue to follow them in the future😊.

This sake is made from Sakanishiki produced in Izumo. The aroma has a green apple-like nuance. The taste is a little melon like nuance, and the acidity comes out soon and finishes the taste. The acidity is so pleasant that it is suitable for sipping. Personally, I like this flavor😊.

This is the fifth spring sake, and it's been a while since we've had a bottle from Mr. Noriguchi! The aroma is slightly melon. The taste is a little melon, and the bitterness comes out well. It also has a light acidity, which makes it easy to drink for a solid Nouguchi sake. However, the alcohol content is 19%, so it is a scary drink! I like the taste😊.

I bought a bottle of my favorite brand from Yamamoto💕. This is a limited edition undiluted sake. The aroma is gorgeous, almost peachy. It has a slight peachy sweetness at first, with a firm acidity and a soft bitterness in the middle. It's a little more subdued than the sweetness of the aroma. It's my favorite flavor after all😊.

I bought it because I love Aizan, the third spring sake💕. I mixed the ori from the beginning and drank it afterwards. The sweetness of the grapes and the refreshing sourness of the wine. It's very juicy and delicious, just like Aizan! It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's fresh out of the fridge! You can drink it with low alcohol 😊.

I bought a lot of spring sake💦. First of all It is made from Gohyakumangoku grown by the Nasu Green Agriculture Research Association! The aroma has a melon-like sweetness. The taste is much lighter than the melon sweetness that I imagined from the aroma. Afterwards, a soft sourness and a bitterness come out to finish the taste. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a mild flavor that makes it a good food sake😊.

I like Kamikawa Daisetsu so much that I applied for the hanpukai! This series is unified by the Yamahai and Junmai styles, and the rice is produced by each farmer. This is the first installment, a sake made with Ginpu! We start with a cold sake. The aroma is mild, and the taste is crisp, with a soft acidity from the mild sweetness of the rice. When I warmed it up lukewarm, the sweetness and sharpness increased, and it became even more delicious! It is beautifully crafted and the acidity from the Yamahai is delicious😊.

I bought Momoten for my ministry. First from the top clear. The aroma is fluffy and sweet, almost like a peach. The taste is a fruity sweetness that is typical of Tenbi, then a soft bitterness, and finally the sweetness appears on the tongue again. If you mix it with ori, the acidity becomes more effective, and it seems to be tighter. It has a gentle taste and is suitable for drinking during meals. The taste is different from Hakuten and Kuroten and delicious😊. I've never had a problem with any of them, and I'm always interested in changing the taste, so I thought I'd buy a bottle from now on.
