I fell in love with the label at first sight and bought the jackets 😊. This label is a luminescent label, so if you shine a light on it and then take it to a dark place, Orihime will appear✨. The aroma is slightly apple. The taste is a gentle sweetness of the rice, and the umami comes up slowly. The mild taste makes it an easy drinking sake even in the hot summer!

The 4th Hanpukai, this time with Nayoro Comet! This time it's delivered chilled, so I'd like to try it cold or warmed up😊. The cold sake has a fruity sweetness and light acidity, more like Muscat. Afterwards, the beautiful acidity and umami finish off the taste. When warmed, the acidity and bitterness are more pronounced and the umami is a bit more subdued, but not in a bad way, it's clean and pleasant! I prefer to drink it cold✨. I'm looking forward to the next one💕!

Takachiyo Drinking Comparison (2) This one is the blue label in the middle, flat polished rice Origarami. The aroma is floral and fragrant. The taste is firm sweetness and the bitterness from the origara finishes the taste. Personally, I think the taste is similar to Hanaupu.

Sake made with Gin no Sato from Nara Prefecture First time drinking this sake😊. The aroma is very mild. It has a mild rice flavor and a bitter taste that slowly builds up. My favorite Tanaka Rokugo and Tanaka Matsumoto in collaboration with Hidehiko Matsumoto. I was looking forward to drinking it😊. The aroma is a bit like white wine with a hint of acidity The first taste is a soft sweetness and tropical fruit aroma. The bitterness and flavor slowly finishes off the taste. The alcohol content is 14% and the overall taste is mild and easy to drink😊.

It's been a while since I've had a Yonemune 😊. Sake degree is +13 and acidity is 3.0, so it is classified as darker. The aroma is a little sour like an apple and lactic acid drink. The taste is fruity at first, and then a beautiful umami comes up quickly. I thought it would have a more robust taste, but the beautiful acidity of the nascent yeast is delicious!

This is the fourth installment of Tenshi, my favorite Aizan! I usually drink it all when I open it, but after reading your comments, I'm going to split it into two! Day 1. Soft bitterness at first, then a juicy taste. A little vanilla nuance! The soft acidity is also pleasant Compared to the previous three, the sharpness is softer. 3rd day The bitterness has become softer. Juicy sweetness, soft acidity and a little bit of umami are coming out. It's delicious freshly opened, but as time goes on, the flavour calms down a bit and it becomes more meal-friendly. Both are generally delicious💕. I'm still hoping to catch up 😊.

The Miyamanishiki I drank before was delicious, so I bought the Omachi. The aroma is a little fruity. The taste is a little thin at first, with a banana flavor and a tingling sensation. Origin Series I had it with cold sake😊. Aroma is very mild The taste is soft and beautifully sweet. The acidity and the bitterness finish off the taste. It's good enough as a sake on its own, but it can also be used as a food sake to enhance the taste of rice. I want to use it for everyday drinking because it's good enough for about 1300 yen for a #4 bottle👍.

A summer sake from the Roman series, made with Yamada Nishiki. When it is served cold, it has a refreshing light acidity, and then the bitterness and soft umami finish off the taste. Using our own IDO yeast. I've been following Tsuchida for about a month now, and I've heard that it turns into something more when kept at room temperature😊. No heating, all cold. Opening day The aroma is a light caramel, honey and quince-like scent. At room temperature, it has a soft flavor and a maple syrup-like taste, but it also has a sharpness. Day 5 The gorgeous aroma has calmed down a bit. The sweetness has disappeared a little, and the umami and acidity have increased. As the acidity comes out, you can feel the sharpness more. 11th day The aroma is a bit like Shaoxing wine. The taste is sweet, sour and sticky, like prunes or raisins. After that, the sharpness comes out. One month The aroma is still Shaoxing wine. The taste is the same as on the 11th day. Compared to the Shin Tschida, the sweetness of the wine will disappear after a few days, but the flavor and acidity will increase. Tsuchida changes differently depending on the sake, so I hope you enjoy it over a long period of time😊.

It tastes like canned pineapple, with a sweetness and a pleasant sourness. It is easy to drink and many people will like it. I think it's also good as a food sake😊.
