This sake is made with Yamadaho 😊. The aroma is a little apple and a little pineapple. The taste is apple and pineapple sweetness with a nice acidity, a bit of bitterness in the middle, and a touch of acidity at the end to finish the taste. The sweetness and sourness are both well balanced and delicious💕. It's also a great way to get a little more flavor!

I've had my eye on this series for a long time. I bought this one because it had my favorite Matsu no Tsukasa! It has a melon-like aroma at first, a mild sweetness and sourness, and a firm astringency at the end. It seems to go well with thickly seasoned dishes😊. Today, I went on an expedition to a liquor store for the first time in a long time. Buying on the internet is good, but actually going there is still exciting😊. I had lost the chance to buy Hakutsuru Nishiki, but I found it and bought it! The aroma is a little green apple It tastes like a juicy green apple with beautiful acidity and a soft bitterness that finishes off the flavor. My first fall rise this year! I bought this because of the cat on the label💕. The taste is pleasantly sweet and sour with a hint of muscat. Afterwards, the beautiful flavor slowly rises. It's a juicy yet calm taste, and I would love to taste it with the flavors of autumn😊.

Sake made with young water from Gunma Prefecture I saw it at Seijo Ishii in my neighborhood so I bought it😊. The taste is juicy and sweet with a nice acidity to finish the taste. It has a mild and refreshing taste that is good even on a hot day👍. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

This is the second sake to be released in August, and it is made with Yume Gochi, an edible rice. Unusually for Shirakihisa, it has been kept in the brewery for a year. The aroma is slightly sour like a lactic acid drink. The taste is soft lactic acidity, sweetness of the rice and a beautiful umami taste, and finally a soft bitterness finishes it off. Overall the taste is mild and as the back label says dusty😊. I usually think of it as being juicy and acidic, but it tastes different and delicious💕.

I've never had the chance to buy it before, even though I usually drink it at bars. This time, I bought it for the first time because it was a limited edition and available in a 4-pack. It is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. It tastes fruity and sweet with a mild and soft acidity. It has a sweet taste and is easy to drink with few peculiarities. I think there are many people who like this flavor😊.

It's hard to get away with the Corona, so I went to visit the Ookami Shrine for a change😊. On the way back, I stopped by the brewery and bought some sake! The summer sake season will be over soon, so I bought some summer sake! It didn't say anything about the rice or the specific name, but the taste is a little melon to beautiful acidity to finish it off! It is light and delicious👍. When the corona is over, I would like to go on a tour and visit the Ookami shrine that the brewery is hosting✨.

Kamikawa Daisetsu Hanpukai Vol. 6, this is the final installment😭. This time we use Comet from Sunagawa, and it is made with white koji! Compared to the past, it has a refreshing taste! From the citrusy acidity of the white koji, there is a sharpness at the end! The low alcohol content of 14% combined with the sourness makes it perfect for hot summer days😊. All 6 sessions were unique and very good👍. If there is another project for next year, I would love to buy it✨.

This sake is made from Fusanomai from Chiba Prefecture😊. The color is a little yellowish. It has a firm acidity and a strong umami taste. It is not too sweet so you can feel the sharpness. It is delicious with a solid taste like Furozumi✨. I think it's good to warm it up.

Another brand from Moriki Sake Brewery, famous for Rumiko's Sake. This one was served cold😊. At first, it has a sourness similar to grapes and a light sweetness. After that, the beautiful umami taste finishes the taste. I personally prefer this to Rumiko✨.

I bought this after the Matsumoto Tanaka! Aroma is slightly melon and lactic acid sourness The taste I have the impression of mixed juice. Pure Black, Yamamoto's 120th Anniversary Sake The koji is made by a different method from the usual Pure Black! As a Yamamoto lover, I wanted to buy a commemorative cold bag (left photo), so I bought one. The label on the back of the bottle says to chill it, so I drank it cold! It tastes of sourness and bitterness reminiscent of citrus. Afterwards, a beautiful soft umami taste follows. It's the perfect sake for summer!

I bought a new one from my favorite brewery, Shirakihisa💕. This sake is made with edible Milky Queen rice and black rice malt! The name of the sake, Uranishi, comes from the weather term for Tango. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. At first the taste was sweet and sour like a butoh, and then the bitterness was pleasant and tightened the taste. It is also freshly opened, and the fizzy feeling encourages easy drinking! It is the perfect sake for summer👍. This is the same as the Black Swan Sparkling that came out a while ago, so I wonder if this will be available next year? Either way, it does not disappoint and is delicious😊.

Ohmine's Test Brew Series Because it is a test brew, the specs are not disclosed. It tastes like a cherry, sweet and sour, and is easy to drink! The alcohol content is 12.5% and the sweet and sour taste makes it easy to drink even in summer😊. I think you can enjoy this sake on its own rather than with a meal.

Hanpukai Vol. 5 is a sake made with ginpu from Aibetsu. Cold sake starts with a refreshing sourness reminiscent of lemon, followed by a beautiful umami and bitterness that slowly rises. If you heat it up lukewarm, the acidity becomes more pronounced. Later on, it becomes crisp and refreshing, perfect for summer. I am happy to have received another delicious sake😊. As it happens, I'm happy to see that other people have also mentioned Kamikawa Daisetsu on my timeline!

Heisei 30 sake brewing year, shipped in November of 2008, using Yamada Nishiki! This is the first time I've seen a red Kurogyu! The aroma has the acidity that is typical of Kurogyu, and it is a bit like an old sake. The taste is a gentle sweetness and umami of the rice, then the umami comes up slowly, and finally the sharpness comes out. It has a Kurogyu flavor, but with a cleaner taste than usual😊. Seems like it would be good heated too!

Hagino-roku's Jyusui brewed sake along with Amadare-ishi wo tsuketsu I became a fan after drinking it once😊. This time it's a limited ver. At first, it has a refreshing sourness and juicy taste like pineapple. Later on, the bitterness and flavor of the rice from the nigori part comes out and finishes the taste. It's delicious cold, but I think it would also be great warmed up. I love the taste💕.
