I chose a label with a cat on it for Cat's Day! It is another brand of the brewery famous for Rumiko's sake, and it is made from Ise Nishiki. It has a strong sour taste at first, then a bitter taste in the middle, and finally the taste disappears quickly and beautifully. It may give a dry impression to some drinkers. I feel it is easy to match with meals😊.

Among my favorite Haginoro, this is a lightly nigorized version of my favorite Jyusui brewed Amedarare series. When you taste it, it has a juicy taste that is typical of Josui. However, the acidity that is typical of Haginoro comes into play, and there is a slight bitterness that doesn't linger in the aftertaste. The acidity also makes it delicious when heated. It's still delicious😊.

Shinomine's Rokumaru Series, using 100% Osan Nishiki from Toyama Prefecture The sound of gas escaping when you open the lid. The aroma is sweet and sour. The sake I bought with Suzukagawa. The back of the bottle is labeled "Aishu Hanpukai", so perhaps it's a sake made exclusively for Morishita-san? The aroma is mild. It tastes like a melon, and then a little bitterness comes out. Personally, I think it's closer to the Honjozo of the same brand. Very easy to drink and delicious😊.

I bought it at Morimoto Sake Shop on the way back from Ise. I have drunk many kinds of sake, but this is the first time for me! The aroma is a little like grapes. The taste is sweet and sour like grapes at first, but the acidity comes to win and finishes it later. It has the structure of a wine, but this one is more gentle and easy to match with meals. I know I'm posting this in the wrong order, but... It is a blend of Honzekari brewed by our company, Sosozan, and Shizukusake of Ikegami Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma is mirin and thick. It tastes sweet and delicious at first, but it disappears easily thanks to the blended Shizukusake.

We were able to drink one of the brands we were interested in before the end of this year! Because it is a shochu brewery, we thought it was sharp and dry, but we were surprised at its fruity taste! I was curious because everyone was buying it, so I went to the liquor store and found my favorite Aizan and bought it! I found it tasted better after letting it sit for a while, so I split it up and drank it over a few days😊. Day 1 When I opened the lid, it made a nice popping sound! Aroma is a little fruity The taste is juicy with a hint of citrus and vanilla. It is a little tingly because it has just been opened. The second day The taste is lighter than yesterday. After that, a soft sourness comes into play. What will happen from now on? Day 7 In addition to the juiciness of day 1, the flavor and tingling acidity come on later. The taste is becoming more relaxed and delicious😊. I usually just drink it as soon as I open it, but I could chill out for a week and enjoy the flavors change!

The label is very auspicious and the fortune is based on this year's Corona and sake. Directly pumped, with Osan Nishiki and No.1 yeast.
